Charming nostalgic apartment in a Wilhelminian style house of the 30s. A beautiful garden with an outdoor fireplace can be shared. The apartment is 110sqm on the ground floor, large and very bright. From the kitchen you can reach the garden. A winter garden invites you to relax. The apartment is non-smoking. The center and the beautiful old town can be reached quickly on foot.
“The apartment is as shown and was very clean. Many books and illustrated books are available. There is still a lot of GDR to be seen in the equipment. The check-in was very quick thanks to the key safe. The old town is quite close. A parking space in front of the door was also available.”
In the old town center of the beautiful city of Bautzen is the small one-room apartment in the attic, with bathroom (large bath) and kitchenette. (Furnished with everything you need for self-catering) There are two single beds (90/200 cm) available, but if necessary to a double bed (180/200 cm) can be provided. Upon request, breakfast is bookable. Bike rental, organization of city tours, good tips for Bautzen and surrounding areas ... no problem!
This is an old property with character, the beds are memory foam and comfortable standard double beds. Bedroom has been furnished with old furniture deliberately as this is an old house. Kitchen is modern with induction Hob,oven and a combination microwave oven.
“It is a quirky old house with quirky features ;-) It must be at least 200 years old, maybe more. I liked the garden by the river with a view up to the old cemetery and town. The cemetery is a perfect spot to watch the sunset ! Ask Adrian how much he paid for the house, you wouldn't believe the price ! From the house it is just a short walk up to the old town centre. I slept very well on the mattress. It is a quiet house in a quiet, safe area. You will be sharing the house with other guests. The bathroom is downstairs. Bedrooms are upstairs and can be locked. Adrian is a friendly and polite English guy. Even when i was a bit late arriving, he was fine with it and waited for me. I would stay in his house again should I visit Bautzen next time.”
