Wonderful Studio. We felt at home. Everything was very clean and spotless. It is well equipped with everything you need for a good stay. The building is beautiful and the collaborators are super attentive and polite. Voltaria for sure. Thank you.

Very nice place and apartment, but just like the other feedbacks, host has not yet solved the problem of the toilet that is loose and very dangerous to use. Also the leak in the Box in the corner next to the toilet also did not fix. The air conditioner dripping on top of the bed and there was no toilet paper in the bathroom. Otherwise the place is very nice and well located. The panoramic view from the top floor is incredible.

Mrs. Andreia was very requested to remove any doubts I had and to make recommendations. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood.

Great place! I knew it was downtown, but I had no idea it was so close to everything! I did almost everything by foot. Beautiful and cozy place. The balcony with trees sets the tone, especially when it rains, as it is a wonder to watch the rain falling on the sofa.
