Our flat is located around the corner of beautiful Weissensee lake. In the near proximity there are supermarkets and restaurants, as well as close access to tram station. We rent out the sleeping room which has a berlin-made futon mattress, a screen, a cupboard and a working station with adjustable-height desk, screen and chair. In the hallway to the bathroom there is a comfy leather couch. The kitchen is self-built and has all necessary tools, as well as spices, sauces, coffee beans.

Garden and grilling area have shared access. The house operates entirely on renewable energy sources.

Ein Mix aus Bauwagen und Tinyhouse, riesen Garten, mitten im Dorf... 100 m bis zum See...und ruckzuck in Berlin. Ich bau hier alles selber aus...also alles mit Liebe gemacht...aber ab und zu etwas krumm :) Ich wohne normalerweise selber im Tinyhouse, sind Gäste da, bin ich im Zirkuswagen im Garten oder unterwegs... Der Ort ist perfekt für Hundebesitzer, See und Wald sind vor der Tür...bei Stadtausflügen kann ich professionelle Hundebetreuung anbieten...(hatte vorher eine Hundepension).

(Waldwanderungen, Naturbadestrände, Boots & Angeltouren, Ausflüge in den Spreewald, Tropical Island und in die City von Berlin) Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bäcker, Gaststätten, Friseur, Arzt, Apotheke, sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Autobahnanschluss (A10 / A 12) liegt ca. 10 Minuten entfernt.

Die Ferienwohnung ist ausgelegt für 2 Personen und 1 max 2 Kinder und verfügt über ein Zimmer mit großem Boxspringbett, Klappcouch (als Aufbettung ), eine voll ausgestattete Küche sowie ein modernes Bad. Gerne können Sie Ihre Haustiere mittbringen. Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt und per Bewegungsmelder ausgeleuchtet.
