Good location, facing the monument, very good neighborhood ( all shops nearby ) 15 minutes walk to the beach. new and secure building with a caretaker. accommodation with wifi, washing machine, TV with all the world channels, Netflix, possibility of having a housekeeper, possibility of having a woman or man to make food. Electricity is the responsibility of the renter (electric charging)
