Welcome to this quiet, newly built home in the heart of nature ❤️ In the house you will find a kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer, oven, water and coffeemaker. There is a washing machine as well as a bathroom with shower. Outside the house there is a seating area 🙌 This cottage is a studio with a double bed and a 130 cm sofa bed . There are two extra 90 cm beds in the small cabin next door with cooking facilities, but no water. N.B. Please inform me when you book if you would like to use the little cottage 🏡

On the farm, there are two happy retirees a few chickens and a dog It is close to swimming in Rullsand and a lot of activities in Älvkarleby

Stay comfortably in this stylish place! Villa in top condition with plenty of space in three floors. Best location with nature in all directions and close to the sea. Renovated kitchen with good dining areas both indoors and outdoors. Panoramic window in the living room and fireplace next to the sofa. Trall around the whole house with cozy coffee spots. WIFI so you can work remotely. Perfect for the kids with swings, trampoline and playhouse. Lockable garage and room for several cars in the driveway. You'll love this place!

The house has a wooden deck of about 110 cm that stretches around the house. Two gas grills are available. Large attached parking area with charging post for electric vehicles on the site. The villa is located 4 km from Storsjöns pearl, Årsunda Strandbad. 30 minutes drive from Kungsberget Ski resort and 20 minutes from popular Högbo Bruk. Unfortunately no access to the water from our plot.

Välkommen till vår vackra Bagarstuga! Här bor du i lugn och bekväm miljö. Mitt i en liten by med naturen inpå knuten, med trädgård, hagar, skog och brygga vid Tämnarån. Stugan har fem sovrum, alla utrustade med dubbelsängar, ett fullt utrustat kök, två toaletter och dusch, tvättstuga och en takterrass. I trädgården finns gott om utrymme för avkoppling. Sommartid finns uppvärmd pool, badmöjligheter och paddling i ån (2 kajaker finns), hängmatta i trädgården och tillgång till cyklar.

Cozy cottage in suterräng located in lush garden with fruit trees. The upper floor has an open plan with kitchen and living room with sofa bed. There is also a toilet with combined washing machine and dryer. Bedroom in the ground floor one staircase down with shower and sauna and with exit to a large terrace with proximity to the river. Close to bus stop with good transport. Gävle centrum is at 40 minutes walking distance through nice park area along the river.

10 min walking distance from the sea. 1 café, 1 restaurant open during the summer and weekends. 2-3 minute walk to bus stop. 10 minutes by car to golfcourse (with restaurant). Cyclepath all the way in to Gävle city. Towels and cleaning is included in price. Parking in the yard. Pets are welcome but not in the beds. Beds are made when you arrive. Host lives in house next to cabin. Welcome !
