Activities: Tennis (10 m), Aquatic Centre (15 m), Greenway (5 m), horseback riding (10 m). Shared garden with another house that is not often used (however, the garden is large and there are separate spaces).

The apartment has on the 1st floor a spacious living room with a dining area adjoining the open plan kitchen, a living room equipped with a wood stove, a shower room & separate toilet. An interior staircase leads to 2 adjoining bedrooms upstairs.

The room, with an attic and exposed beams, is above a part of the house. You can enjoy the garden behind the house. Gisors, 4 km away, where you will find: shops, supermarkets, restaurants. I have a garage to store bicycles.
