I had a perfect stay! Petar’s place was spacious, clean and comfortable with an absolutely gorgeous balcony view which has been one of my favourite parts of the trip. Petar goes above and beyond to make sure his guest has everything they need and enjoy their stay. He is very kind, friendly, and responsive. 10/10 would highly recommend. I’m looking forward to visiting and staying here again.

Boris was a very helpful host always replying to my messages. Mind that the house is up the hill and it is quite a distance from the beach. Otherwise we had no complaints and we were happy with that place.

Excellent Airbnb. The apartment we had is not exactly the same as in the photos. But it was spacious, cozy and very bright. The bedding was great too. We enjoyed the BBQ available. The pool is also a good size and well-maintained. But, what we appreciated the most was the ideal location. Indeed, there is access to the sea right next door and you can swim to Sveti in 10-15 minutes (parking is a problem there, besides I highly recommend never leaving your car anywhere other than in paid parking. Not even at the grocery store for 2 minutes… We were towed and it was very complicated and expensive to get the car back). In short, apart from this incident, we loved our stay.

Brand new unit. Refrigerator, oven and electric range top has never been used. Bathroom and everything else spotless. Very helpful host. Would stay again and recommend.

We stayed there for 3 nights and we had a wonderful time there. Location is amazing with so many restaurants nearby. There is a Bakery on the ground floor which stays open 24/7 and a supermarket open till midnight. Milos was very helpful and responsive and we had a seamless check in. His Mum received us on the day of arrival and stayed in touch to make sure that everything is good. All in all lovely people and great host. Would highly recommend the place.

Nice place to stay for visiting Lovcen national park. The center of Cetinje was about a 20 min walk. The place itself was very comfortable and Ana was very kind.

Ivan’s family farm is a cluster of beautiful stone cottages set amongst fruit trees with BBQs, pools & terraces to enjoy. I’m sure amazing in the summer but not as useable during our late October stay unfortunately. The location is peaceful with beautiful views of the mountains & very close to a number of vineyards. The cottage we had was large & spacious with everything we needed. Ivan is great host. Quick to respond, helpful with advice & recommendations. He met us so we could follow him in our hire car to the property & also supported by printing our boarding passes that we read we needed for Podgorica airport rather than digital (which wasn’t true for information). Great & peaceful last two days to our three week tour in the Balkans. Thanks Ivan!! 😊

For me it was perfect staying in this Airbnb! It’s a beautiful old house with a great location. Very natural and authentic. The view from the terrace is super beautiful and the oven made it cozy in the evening. The friendly host made sure I have everything I need.

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking surroundings. Nestled in the heart of Montenegro's natural beauty, the villa offered the perfect mix of privacy, peace, and luxury. The home itself was very inviting, giving us an immediate sense of comfort and relaxation. It felt like a home away from home, with cozy interiors that were well-maintained and beautifully decorated. The villa had all the modern amenities you could ask for, while still maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere. One of the highlights was definitely the outdoor area. The swimming pool was pristine and kept clean every day by a friendly groundskeeper. The villa felt like a hidden gem, far enough from the hustle and bustle but still conveniently located to explore the local attractions. Ivan is a wonderful host. Very clear and quick communication. We would hughly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a serene, luxurious retreat in Montenegro. You won't be disappointed!

If you don't mind driving a bit out of town, you'll find a great place to stai, surrounded by nature where no one will bother you. My girlfriend and I went a bit out of season, but in the right period it must be a sight to behold. Ivan was always friendly and super-helpful for everything, from giving advice on the best shops in town to getting kitchen utensils and more. Highly recommended.

We felt very comfortable with Nenad! It is a great apartment with a nice terrace. The kitchen was also well equipped (we would have liked a casserole dish). Nenad was very friendly and helpful, especially when we had problems finding the accommodation (driving to Ljuta, do not follow the automatic directions). Otherwise, the location is great: a bit away from the quite full Kotor you can enjoy the view of the bay with a wine or beer. And in just 2 min walk there is a small concrete access to the sea. Clear recommendation! Thank you for the welcome beer in the fridge :-)

Had a lovely stay at apartment, Sandra was helpfu & clearl with check in info, was a minute walk from bus station and approx few minutes walk to old town (through main gate) had little balcony, road could be little bit noisy but not a problem, apartment was very clean and just like the photos, would recommend for short stay in Kotor :) Thanks Paul & Sue

We had a lovely stay, very responsive host and the accommodation was nice. On the other hand, the TV has no programs, provide an HDMI cable.

Good place to be for some days even for vacation. Everything was good in the studio. Very clean. Big windows with right side sea view. Very shiny in the morning The house is new. The elevator is not working yet. For me it was a little problem because of my back. But there is en elevator, it’s just not connected yet. Small shop Idea just in front. The sea in 100-150 meters. Port Monténégro with all beautiful restaurants in 10 minutes. Big Ben beach bar in 2 minutes. Checkout flexible. I liked everything. Thanks

I am fortunate to met the Budva Carnival this time. Thanks for the host telling me. And I really have a nice experience in their apartment,the room is clean and soft & sweet,highly recommend it. I with be here next time if it’s possible 🥹🥹
