Small, simply furnished house with one bedroom (2 single beds, 1 sofa bed 140 cm), room with kitchenette (no kitchen fan so frying must be avoided), dining area, bathroom with shower cabin and underfloor heating. Heat pump that can both heat and cool the rooms. Quiet residential area close to the city center. It's good to know that from 9 o'clock, the chickens and rooster are out in their yard. Bed linen and towels can be found and the kitchen has a kettle, fridge, stove top, microwave. We stand for the cleanliness after your stay.

Lower your pulse to the top of the Post Cabin! Stolpehytta is 5 minutes away from Blaafarveværket in Modum Municipality, just off the Høyt & Lavt Modum climbing park. Here you can find quiet among the treetops. The large windows provide a panoramic view of the landscape and the night sky. Built in solid wood, with an area of 27 m2, it gives just room for what you need for a relaxing trip away from everyday life. If you want activity, you can rent electric bikes, stroll down to the climbing park, or explore the local community.

Cozy rental house near the "Capital of Culture Vestfossen". The house is located on a cozy farmhouse. In the surrounding area we have Vestfossen Kunstlaboratorium, Fossesholm, Chocolate Salon and a Sanse Garden. In Hokksund we have Nøstetangen Museum / Norwegian Glass Museum and Eiker Gårdsysteri to name a thing. Many hiking areas and, swimming areas nearby. The place is located in a cutout landscape, quietness and room for play and creativity is easily accessible. Great for a family or friends looking for a great summer spot.

Newer apartment

I'm renting out my home. This is a newer apartment on the 1st floor with good standards. It has a shielded and nice location with good sun conditions on the terrace. There is a short way to the city centre. There is also short distance to bus, train and grocery store. Marka and nice hiking trails are in the immediate vicinity of the outdoorsy. Since it is my home that I rent out, there will be a few items that I cannot remove, but otherwise the apartment will be tidy and clean until you arrive.

The apartment is located in scenic surroundings, a short distance to many nice hiking opportunities. Public transportation is limited. Car recommended, private parking lot. Its close to the woods and mountains, you can take walks from the house or drive futher to get higher up on the mountain tops. Its a nice place with friendly neighbours on a farm area. Here you can also go swimming in the river in the summer and go skiing in the winter. And its close to the big ski resort in Kongsberg.
