Idyllic little "Sørland house", sheltered outdoor area and wide view of the river from the living room/outdoor area. Unique location, high up on the riverbank in old Hokksund. (Salmon fishing; the house is at the top of the fly zone, blue zone, by the birch with direct access to the river from the house). Walking distance to Hokksund city centre. 2 bedrooms (beds 1.60 and 1.40). Very quiet/charming neighbourhood. Parking on the property. Bed linen/towels must be brought, and laundry must be done by the tenant. Dogs/cats are allowed, and there are two cats living outside. Allergy sufferers must be aware of this.

Lower your heart rate at the top of Stolpehytta! Stolpehytta is located 5 minutes away from Blaafarveværket in Modum municipality, right next to the climbing park Høyt & Lavt Modum. Here you can find tranquility among the treetops. The large windows provide a panoramic view over the landscape and the night sky. Built in solid wood, with an area of 27 m2, it gives just enough space for what you need for a relaxing trip away from everyday life. If you want activity, you can rent e-bikes, stroll down to the climbing park or explore the local area.

Charge the batteries in the quiet surroundings of the "Roli" cabin. The cabin "Roli" offers a unique and modern accommodation. On the first floor, you will find an open living room and kitchen, as well as a cozy daybed with fantastic views. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and a double bed, along with a modern bathroom with a toilet. On the second floor, there is a TV room, two bedrooms with double beds and a daybed. Farmhouse from 1860 that has been renovated so that old meets new. Brand new bathroom with large bathtub with lion feet where you can stretch out completely. Private shower if you'd rather use it. There is also a washing machine and dryer in the bathroom. Combined kitchen and living room with large wood-burning stove that is great to gather around on a cold winter day. Two bedrooms with beds for a total of 5 people. A couple of extra guest beds can also be added and there is the possibility to sleep on the sofa so there is room for many.

The cabin is newly built in 2023, luxurious, fully equipped, with WiFi included. Bedding&towels can be rented for €20 per person.

Perfekt for deg som vil reise med familien på tur, en vennegjeng, kjæresten eller bare alene. Idyllisk liten hytte beliggende kun 2 meter fra vannkanten. Her er det både fiske- og bademuligheter. Robåt på stedet. Hytten har enkel standard med utedo, 12V solcelleanlegg. Drikkevann kan fås tak i på parkeringsplassen. Propan og ved er inkludert i prisen. Grusvei benyttes for å komme til parkeringsplass. Her er det 70kr i bompenger Det er ca. 150 meter å gå fra parkeringen til hytten.
