A sleep not too light is an advantage - we ourselves have lived here for over 10 years & feel very comfortable. Soundproofing. Due to the adjacent train route, you have an ideal connection (walk: 3 min) to DA, Ffm & Umland. City center by car around 7 km Relaxed outdoor seating is available.

Our house stands on the edge of the forest and is in a large garden. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, directly under the roof. It is well equipped (see equipment) and is quiet. The nearby forest invites you to jog or go for a walk. We are only a 5 minute walk to the next bus stop. This line leads directly to downtown Darmstadt. The large garden including a playground and access to the stream can be used to relax, sunbathe, play with children, have a barbecue or have a nice evening.

South -West-Wing Ueberau

The cozy and quaint furnished south-west wing is located in Reinheim- Uberau and in the rear part of the site. With a sep. entrance, the wing offers a living space of ~ 35m², so that it can be occupied by 2 people. It is the perfect starting point to discover the cities and nature in the Odenwald. In the immediate vicinity is the bus stop (about 220m) for local transport, shopping facilities can be found in the center of Reinheim. We are looking forward to nice guests!

Restaurants, cafes, bakeries, gyms, and supermarkets, as well as several green spaces and parks, are in the immediate vicinity. The three rooms and kitchen are furnished and fully equipped. A washing machine and dryer in the basement can be used for a fee. Pets are also welcome.
