We are grateful to Thomas for another wonderful stay. His place is so clean and comfortable. We feel it is like a home away from home. We love how close we are to the shops and the town yet it is so peaceful and quiet at night. There are woods and fields nearby for walking and hiking. Vielen Dank Thomas! The perfect house! Great distance to catch your flight! The ENTIRE house was spotless and squeaky clean from the bathroom to the kitchen and the living room to the bed. Easy checkin. I was greeted before I even got to the door. Host was very Responsive and immediately sent somone when I didnt understand the thermostat she easily showed me what to do. The place has heated floors which is cozy for cold weather. Far exceeded my expectations Immaculate stay. Love the skylight! Highly recommended.

Communication was great. The room as described. Very tidy and clean. Exactly what we needed as we only needed a place to sleep. Quiet, room easily darkened.

The basement apartment is well-equipped, also suitable for long-term stays (I was there for a month) and quietly located within walking distance of Mathildenhöhe and beautiful nature. Ines is a very nice host, I felt comfortable and would come back anytime.
