This is a 293 m² accommodation built on a vast 2000 m² site. This is a guest house limited to one group. One owner lives there, but there is no shared space with the owner (entrance, kitchen, bathroom, toilet, and sink are all separate). In addition, the guest's exclusive space is about 200 ㎡, so you can enjoy the feeling of renting the entire space without worrying about the owner's presence. Since the host lives there, you can contact the host immediately if you have any questions or concerns about the facility. You can also enjoy a barbecue while enjoying the lake view and the open natural space. You can also leave the barbecue setting and cleaning to the host. Please note that there is a fee for barbecues, so please let us know at the time of booking if you would like to have a barbecue.

Located in the center of Lake Toyako Onsen, it is also about a 3-minute walk to the nearest convenience store.There are also many restaurants within walking distance. It is well equipped with a kitchen and washing machine equipped with basic cooking utensils and is also suitable for longer stays. You can watch Netflix for free on the approximately 120-inch projector installed in the room. You can see Lake Toya Long Run Fireworks from the premises, and you can enjoy the luxurious night view. The Toyako Bus Terminal is also about a 4-minute walk away, with excellent access. It is also within driving distance from Rusutsu Resort and Niseko, so it is recommended for winter stays. There are 4 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 with a queen bed Bedroom 2 has 2 full sized beds Bedroom 3 has a queen bed Bedroom 4 has a queen bed. Ecco's House For Family Stay

You can drive to Noboribetsu Onsen Town and Upopoi Ainu museum about 20 min each.(different direction) About 1 hour drive to Toya lake, 50min drive from New Chitose airport, up to 16 guests can stay at the house. You can rent entire house by only one group, there is key box in the entrance of the house, you can take the key by yourself and check in and check out to return the key at the original place. You can park 3 cars in the yard of the house for free.
