We offer a room with private bathroom and kitchen, TV, desk, Wi-Fi in our private house on the outskirts of town. Ideal for short breaks, but not suitable for shepherd hours and parties. Our house is rural and quiet, but still close to the centre. The MAIN TRAIN STATION and the city are about 10 minutes away(on foot about 20 minutes) A2 / A43 about 10 minutes, Public transport nearby Surroundings. Close by are shops of the day. Shopping facilities such as supermarkets and bakeries are located 500 - 1000 meters away in the center of Seppenrade. The apartment is an ideal starting point for excursions, for example, to the Dülmen Wild Horses, Olfen Steverauen, Halterner reservoirs or the 100-castle route.

The nearest bus stop is only 200 metres away, from there you can reach the Marl-Sinsen station or the Marl-Mitte S-Bahn station with connections to Münster or Essen or Haltern am See or Wuppertal in a few minutes. One bed is in the bedroom, in the living room of the apartment there is a sofa bed.
