Monthly Rentals in David District

Carmen is a wonderful host. She and her family were so kind and helpful when I checked in. She made it easy to find the casita and helped me find the buses and places to shop for food and things I needed. The casita is small, but it has everything you need. There is hot water in the shower, an AC unit in the bedroom, and a kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, rice cooker, microwave, and all cooking utensils you would need. Carmen also provided some snacks and drinks, as well as coffee and tea, which I really appreciated when I arrived after a long day of traveling. The casita is very comfortable, and the neighborhood is lovely, with many trees and birds. Even without a car, it's easy to get around. You can walk about 10 minutes to the main road to catch buses to David or Boquete, or anywhere in between. It was also an easy 35 minute walk to David. I routinely walked to little shops, restaurants, and cafes along the main road. I stayed for a month and I would happily stay here again.

Excellent location, easy to reach, close to Boquete and David, very well equipped kitchen, rooms with comfortable beds, one with good space and the TV with fire stick, the living room and both rooms with air conditioners... in short, a good place to spend a few days in Chiriqui.

A great house, comfortable with all amenities, a very quiet neighborhood and an excellent location, especially to move anywhere in the province. Totally recommended.

This was my second stay on Julio's property, loved the location, near many business, parking, nice neighborhood, very clean room and kitchen. AC, fan, smart tv. Bed comfortable. The first time the businesa next door wasnt there, there were some noise but I usually take my silicones plugs, so I was able to sleep. Neighborhood is safe, went for a quick run close and was nice. for sure I will return.
