Set back from the tourist crowds, down a pretty, cobbled street and only a six minute level walk along Dawlish lawn to the beach. The property offers a spacious and bright lounge area, separate dining area, two bedrooms, a sofabed which sleeps two, a bathroom with bath and shower facilities and a fully fitted kitchen.
