The caravan sits in my beautiful garden close to Haldon Forest, the Exe Estuary and the South Devon Coast of Dawlish Warren, Dawlish and Teignmouth. Perfect for walkers, birdwatchers, cyclists and nature lovers. Of road parking, A secure back garden safe for well behaved dogs. Safe storage for bikes, kayaks.

Set in an idyllic three acres of rolling countryside near Dawlish, Leat Cottage is the perfect place to relax and unwind, a great base from which to explore the south west or an inspiring retreat to write or paint. A warm welcome awaits you to a cosy cottage set in stunning rural surroundings and only a 45 minute walk or 5-10 minute drive to Dawlish, 15-20 minute drive to Teignmouth or 25 minute drive to Exeter. Welcome to Exmouth Marina and all of its attractions; stunning walks, beaches, lots of places to eat and drink, boat trips, water sports, cycle routes, and amazing sunsets. The ground floor flat has 2 double bedrooms and a large family shower room. TV and sofa in 1, a kitchenette and dining table in the other. A cupboard with hanging rail and drawers, and outside space for guest use to the front. Cleaning fee includes professional deep clean and laundry of all bedding, towels and bath mats.

The lighthouse is a newly renovated, light filled flat within a Georgian property, right in the heart of Teignmouth. It is fully self-contained with a brand new shower room, a living/bedroom with a daybed that pulls out into a king size bed and a brand-new kitchen that has Beautiful views up the river Teign and to Dartmoor beyond. We have put a breakfast bar with seating for two in front of this window as it is the perfect spot for gazing out of with a coffee or a glass of wine in your hand.

A very short walk takes you to our beautiful beach and our famous sea wall. Relax in our lovely decorated holiday apartment with its own parking space. We are an ideal base for you to explore Devon by car, bus or train. Our cosy Lounge/Kitchen is open plan leading out to a small balcony, overlooking the communal garden perfect for early morning cups of tea or looking up at the stars with a glass of wine. Enjoy a tranquil nights sleep in our newly refreshed bedroom. A perfect break away!

Aller Stables, Dawlish in South Devon.

Nestling in a picturesque and sheltered peaceful valley setting, this delightful converted stables offers the perfect location for a family holiday. Snuggle up by the woodburner in the cosy lounge, or relax in hot tub after a day out, you can enjoy a 15 minute stroll to Dawlish with its beach, pubs, shops and restaurants. (Unfortunately the property is not suitable for single / mixed sex groups of more than 4)
