Recently reopened after two months undergoing major renovation! Previously had 110 very favorable reviews while with a different vacation rental company. The only non-five star ratings (a few 4 stars) of the 110 cited the "somewhat outdated" kitchen. That has been totally remedied with keen attention to the highest quality! Everything has been thought of for your enjoyment, even FREE pinball! You need to bring nothing except your enthusiasm for having a relaxing, stress-free and amazing time!!!

Located on the north private beach section of Flagler Beach (Painters Hill), you can sit right in the backyard and experience ocean living with nothing obstructing your view. It's the perfect place for a family or a couple. Our spacious 2/2 with a full kitchen, living room and dinette will comfortably fit 4 Adults plus kids for a fun filled beach vacation.

2nd Floor Home with Fun Amenities!

You will find your oasis right in the middle of Holly Hill. This second floor get-a-way has modern amenities and is close to lots of the happening places/events in Daytona Beach. It is 3 miles to the beach, 5 miles to the Speedway, or 1 mile to the intercoastal. Also, if you want to venture further, you are less than a 2 hour drive to the Orlando theme parks or 1 hour north to the Oldest City! Like to play Pickleball? Pictona is only 5 blocks away! With 24 courts, it is a wonderful facility!

Heated Pool house 4 miles away from the beach

Newly renovated and located in a prime location. This is a great spot for your vacation. We are only a 10 min drive to the Beach and less than 15 min to international speedway. This house has an Open kitchen with stainless steel appliances and all the essentials! There is a fire pit in the backyard that leads out to a swing set, cornholes, and a screened in Heated pool with fun floats. The patio has a Monument propane grill, where you can BBQ and lounge under our pergola making fun memories.
