This is a fully equipped, studio apartment at Northwest Square in DeLand. Northwest Square is the adaptive reuse of the 30,000 square foot Trinity United Methodist Church building. Northwest Square has 4 event spaces, a coffee shop, food hall and tap room, a flower and gift shop, a commercial commissary kitchen, and 15 apartments. There is also an outdoor seating area with a permanent food truck. The apartment is fully ADA accessible with a king sized bed, full kitchen, and curb-less shower.

Please note there are some construction projects ongoing at our building. There is a potential for minor inconveniences related to this. You'll love the expansive views from this centrally located condo near the pier. Drink coffee on your balcony while you enjoy the amazing ocean views. Take a dip in the pool or splash in the ocean. Enjoy one of the nearby restaurants or stay in and cook in the full kitchen. YES - POOL IS OPEN! Hot tub may or may not be open, repairs are underway.
