Unser gemütlicher Ferienbungalow im Park "de Watersnip" im Küstenort Petten befinden sich nah zum Strand und der um den Park führenden Grachten. Vom Parkplatz aus geht es über einen kleinen Muschelweg zu unserem privat, mit Hecken umsäumten Rückzugsort. Der Park de Watersnip, in welchem unser MEERZEIT gelegen ist, hat ebenfalls tolle Freizeitangebote (Pool etc.), die unseren Mietern & Gästen zur Verfügung steht. Bei Fragen kann man sich gerne auch bei der Information am Parkeingang erkundigen.

De in 2021 gerenoveerde bungalow is voorzien van 2 (kleine) slaapkamers, een badkamer, ruime keuken, relaxte bank met chaise longue, een smart flat-tv, soundbar en een zeer ruime en zonnige tuin met diverse terrassen en comfortabele en ruime lounge set. Via de portdeur aan de achterkant komt u direct in een speelveld voor kinderen.

SYL offers everything you are looking for in a holiday home. The apartment can accommodate four people (plus baby) and is equipped with every comfort. In the two cozy bedrooms you will find a double bed and two single beds. The apartment has been completely refurbished in 2020. The large living room offers a lot of living space. Together you eat generously at the long table with six nice chairs. Of course you can have modern conveniences such as WiFi, BluRay, Chromecast and Spotify Connect.

'Stappeland Logies' is quietly located on a dead end road in De Koog, opposite a large pond and right next to the owner's house. From this location you can walk to the center in a few minutes to grab a terrace, shop in one of the many nice shops or rent a bicycle. Next to 'Stappeland Logies' is a cycling and walking path that takes you past the most beautiful places on Texel, such as the nature reserves De Nederlanden, De Muy and De Slufter. By bike you are on the beach within 5 minutes.

"Holiday home near the beach and in the center."

We, a family with 4 children (8, 11, 14 and 16 years), have a holiday home next to our house with its own entrance and parking space. The cottage is within walking distance of the charming village center, just like the beach (approximately 500m from the cottage). 750m away is a beautiful hiking and nature reserve the Zwanenwater. Het huisje is vrijstaand en heeft een voor-en achtertuin met terrassen en een zitkuil met stenen barbeque. Het ligt in Groote Keeten, een rustig dorpje, op loopafstand van het Noordzeestrand. De keuken is voorzien van vaatwasser, koffiezetter, broodrooster, waterkoker, koelkast met vriesvak, elektrische oven, een 4-pits gasfornuis en een magnetron Er is een kinderstoel en een extra kinderbedje aanwezig. Er is ook een schuurtje met een bolderkar en zonnestoelen en parasols.

Get away from it all, enjoy nature on the edge of the IJsselmeer and beach. In the 2700m2 backyard of our farmhouse are two detached tiny houses with a large private garden and private entrance with lots of privacy. The cottage is within walking distance of the historic city of Medemblik and close to Hoorn and Enkhuizen. Amsterdam is 45 minutes away. Various possibilities for water sports. Beach, ports, shops etc. reachable within 5 minutes by car and 25 minutes on foot.
