This is a really cute garage conversion It was perfect for what we needed It’s a great value for what you get My favorite was sitting on the back porch. -Just really enjoyed the “nature setting” as I was very tired and needed the rest.

Eric's space was such an adorable, peaceful spot. perfect space for our best friends weekend, LOVED feeding the chickens and bunnies and wandering the local plant shop and vendors. Eric was a PERFECT host, available if we needed him but otherwise left us to ourselves. Would absolutely recommend this space to anyone looking a quaint, quiet spot to rest, relax and recharge. And the eggs were DELICIOUS! 😋

Kerry’s place is amazing and just as shown in the pictures. It was pristine and very cozy and comfortable. We were in town for the races at Volusia Speedway and Kerry had a checkered flag rug on the front porch - nice touch!! The house was very easy to find and we felt very safe during our stay. We spent one evening at home just relaxing on the nice big couch and watching our favorite sports. It was the perfect setting for an at-home evening. It was too cold to enjoy the backyard, but would love to come back when the weather is nicer and take advantage of the fire pit. I would definitely stay here again and not even look at any other options.

I felt like I was at home. I was able to cook and bake without having to eat out. After a long day at work, I could relax feeding the goats, chickens, donkey and chicks. I walked by dog all over the property and so enjoyed the couple sharing their home with me!! I will definitely book again. Book early as I missed out on my next stay as it was booked up.
