Ericka is incredibly responsive and welcoming. The things we experienced were beyond her control- like the pier construction and a lot of people smoking and using marijuana. We were not able to enjoy the balcony in the evenings because of the constant smell of smoke at the resort. Ericka’s place is great and she is a great host. The resort itself needs to do a better job of making it a no smoking facility.

Great stay. Loved the location. I will definitely return to Cindy’s. Allowing the use of the golf cart was a perfect touch.

We loved this place! We have stayed at Patricia Grand several times, but this condo really had it all. We liked how the bedroom was separate from the living area. We were in town to compete in a weightlifting competition, so the full kitchen was great. Loved that there's a mini dishwasher too. Our senior chihuahuas also seemed to enjoy the place. You can't hear any outside noise once you're in the unit. We would definitely stay again!

Great location, walkable to 2nd pier. Easy to walk the boardwalk from the house. Quiet neighborhood, couldn’t hear any noise at night. Had everything we needed if we wanted to cook. We didn’t rent the golf cart, but didn’t need it. Walking to the beach was nice. Thank you again, will be back!

Condo was perfect for our short weekend trip. 10 minute walk, 2 minute drive to Garden City Pier, walkable Beach access and very clean and comfortable condo. highly recommend

House was just as described in the listing. Location was perfect. Nice and private yet close enough to stores if needed.

Place was very nice and though we did not need anything, Cindy reached out multiple times to make sure all was well. Seven men on a golf trip and my son’s birthday. Plenty of space and pool was really nice after golfing in the morning and afternoons. Kitchen table was big and had plenty of room for meals and cards at night. Home was as advertised. Plenty of room for all of us. Short ride to many golf courses and Muriel’s Inlet for the restaurants. Would definitely stay there again.

this home was beautifully described. it was perfect for our guests and my dog! beds were comfy loved that beach towels were provided. I walked every morning with my dog and it was a great and safe neighborhood. I loved the foosball table! pool was heated and perfect.

Although we stayed at a home that we did not select (due to homeowner emergency) we were provided a home with identical amenities. Nicole was very responsive and her property was well taken care of. The location was awesome! Just a few minutes walk to the beach. She provided lots of recommendations and the house was more than adequately stocked. Each bedroom offered extra linens, extra bath towels and more than enough kitchenware. Will definitely stay at one of Nicole’s properties again!

Great beach house! Short walk to the pier and arcade area, updated house with everything you’d need. We really enjoyed how we could see the beach from the living room and kitchen to keep an eye on kids and check on who was out on the beach playing when inside. Our family had an awesome week at paradise sands. Thanks!

They were beyond kind and genuinely welcoming, going out of their way to make sure we felt at home. Not only was communication easy and fast, but they also gave us amazing local tips and helped us avoid the typical tourist traps. Thanks to them, we got to experience the best of Myrtle Beach like a local. If you’re looking for a place that’s relaxing, gorgeous, and hosted by someone who truly cares—this is it. We had an amazing stay at this condo in Myrtle Beach! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach. The condo itself was spotless and so well-maintained; you can tell the hosts really care about the space. They made great use of every inch, making it super comfortable and functional. One of our favorite features was the coffee bar—it was such a thoughtful touch and made our mornings even better. Highly recommend staying here!

Great Location!! The beach is out your door and fantastic local restaurants are within walking distance! We loved sitting on the screened in porch listening to the waves. Kitchen was well stocked, washer/dryer brand new and was nice to have. Highly recommend
