It is an Authentic Greek Fisherman's House, used to be an Inn and a family house later on. Now it is divided in three separate houses, sharing the same beach.

Gaia apartment is located in Old Alykanas at Zakynthos island. Is right on the beach and offers a memorable stay in Zakynthos. Gaia is suitable for 4-5 persons, families or group of friends. It has two bedrooms, one living room, one bathroom, and a great sea view, only 14 km away from Zakynthos center. Also, it offers free wifi in all property and private free parking. Traditional Stone Guesthouse

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.
