Monthly Rentals in Deerfield

Very cozy apartment. Not negatives but something’s to keep in mind. The stairs up are steep and there are ALOT of them. The bathroom is cute and cozy but quite small. No TV. Perfect for a cozy relaxing weekend of reading and painting. WiFi was quick, space was clean and comfortable. Very close to downtown so perfect for walking in nice weather!

We had a really nice stay at Carrie's. It felt cozy and homey and was super easy to find and settle into. There were so many little features around the home that made us feel comfortable and welcome. Even the surrounding area was absolutely gorgeous. The balcony off the back was perfect and was a great spot to enjoy some morning coffee. All of the instructions and descriptions were accurate and clear so we had no trouble finding the place and settling in. We had a great stay and will very likely make another trip out this way. We didn’t spend much time in the home as we were in town to visit family for the holidays but the home was just as pictured and Carolyn and Evan were very friendly. The home was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Carolyn was great about letting us know when someone was over to check on the furnace or to remind us to take care as there was freezing rain and the walkways were slick. But she and Evan were also over early in the mornings laying down salt to make the walkways less icy. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a clean comfortable home with friendly, responsive hosts. I am from the area and the location is very central to other small towns as well as walkable to coffee shops and the downtown area. She even put up a Christmas tree for the holidays!

I had a great stay. The sculpture park / art garden of the hosts’ work is an exciting added bonus that you won’t see at other Airbnbs. Convenient to the highway and easy to find but in a quiet area. The Airbnb itself feels very private, although the hosts are nearby. The space itself is a winner, especially the shower. And beautifully decorated with carefully selected artwork. A great place to stay in Franklin County.
