Large bedroom with ensuite bathroom incl. washing machine and dryer. Large living room with fireplace, sofa and dining table, double doors out to the wooden deck. Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms and a living room with TV, a bathroom. Parking for several cars directly at the villa. Possibility to rent kayaks. Sourdough bakery is 100 meters away.

Swimming, sailing, canoeing and paddleboarding. Within walking distance, you'll find a café restaurant, supermarket, and bakery. We are surrounded by the forest. A unique chance to live in a beautiful Schoolhouse from the 1880s, located in Värmland. The house is located on a farm and we live next to the Schoolhouse but with a distance that makes it feel private for both. The Schoolhouse has its own private garden and a big porch with a lake view. We arrange different packages of hiking, that includes breakfast, lunch or dinner in an outside setting. Please let us know in advance if you would like to experience the forest in a unique and exclusive way.

You have access to a simple rowing boat (life jackets can be borrowed) and your own swimming cove or you can borrow our jetty where you can dive or fish. We are located between Örebro and Karlskoga in Norhammar. Towels and sheets are not included. For an additional cost, there is a rental from the host.

House 40 meters from lake Vänern. Completely renovated during 2018. A small boat can be used by the guest. (not during november-april due to ice) Equipped with all modern things like AC, fiber internet, etc. There is one double bed in the main bedroom. In the guest room there is 2 beds. An inflatable bed could be used if you need more beds. There is also a small guest house with a room. You can relax, take a swim or walk in the forest. It’s as relaxing during summer as during winter.

Welcome to our cozy cabin! Nestled by the edge of a peaceful pool, you'll find a hot tub that comfortably accommodates up to five people, offering a stunning panoramic view of the lake. The jacuzzi and sauna is available year-round. The swimming pool is open until 6th of October, perfect for cooling off during warmer months. We also provide two paddleboards. Nature is just outside your door and in the evening you will watch the sun set over the lake. We look forward to welcoming you!
