Spacious holiday home with lake property. Completed in 2017 with a bright and open plan with all possible amenities. There is access to a boat and a lovely swimming jetty. Lake perfect for fishing! Charcoal grill is available to borrow for barbecue evenings that you can spend on a lovely deck with lake view. The house has a larger bedroom with a double bed and a smaller bedroom with a bunk bed with a larger bed at the bottom. In the loft, there is a regular bed as well as a comfortable mattress on the floor. AC is available for hot days.

Under den kalla årstiden finns oftast möjlighet till vinterbad direkt från den egna bryggan, pimpelfiske och skridskoåkning

Dream house near the lake with its own Jacuzzi

This newly-built unique accommodation, my home, is located in the heart of Värmland. Fantastic views of Lake Glafsfjorden with sunsets that are irresistibly beautiful. Large wooden deck with its own Jacuzzi. Just a few hundred meters to the lake. Cows and calves are in the pasture that you have to go through to get down to the lake. The beach is rocky. I have an older rowboat by the lake that you can use freely. The boat is a little worn but works. Good fishing.

"Bullerbyboende" with fantastic river views! Here you live in a newly renovated cottage close to the river. The house is completely renovated in the old style with its own charm. There are two toilets (one fully tiled with shower). From the living room, you can reach a lovely terrace where you can enjoy the sunset and views of the river. Morning coffee can be enjoyed on the small patio with morning sun. The house is intended for two adult guests.

Cabin comfort in Värmland

20 min from Karlstad (The sun always shines in Karlstad!) 2 min walk to the bus stop and 10 min walk to the indoor swimming pool. Klarälven river flows right past the cabin. Klarelvsbanan (220 km long bicycle route) runs right by. Pizzeria and pub 5 min walk towards the city center. Quiet and peaceful surroundings. In summer you have popular bathing water 3 min drive from the cabin, golf course, spa at Dømle manor. Winter closed October to April.

There is a fully functioning kitchen and living room space downstairs with views on the forest behind the house - look for deer in the morning! There are enough plates, cutlery; pots and pans, for 4 people. Separate toilet and shower rooms are upstairs, with 2 bedrooms. Don’t forget to take advantage of the Sauna by the lake, and the woodfired outdoor bath next to it!

Welcome to Vittebyviken! Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation with wonderful views of Lake Fryken, access to sauna, jetty and private sandy beach. The house is located on the east side of the lake, 6 km from Sunne center, opposite Rottneros Park, Sunne golf course and Västanå Theater. Two cats are in the yard that will gladly keep you company if you want to stroll around the garden.
