Relax with family at this peaceful home. Peacefully located, well equipped cottage by the swimming lake with access to your own jetty with a bathing ladder as well as smaller rowboat. The cottage is 8 meters from the lake. Amenities are available such as kitchen with stove/ oven, microwave, fridge/ freezer. TV and wifi. 4 beds and 2 extra beds. Free parking. There is a shower and toilet with municipal water. Close to Forshaga and Karlstad C. Also proximity to several golf courses and hiking areas.

Cosy cottage between Karlstad and Sunne

Lovely Cottage on the country. For those who want to take it easy and enjoy nature. Lots off wild animals a round the farm. You will see Moos, Deer, Fox and lots off birds, in the early spring and late summer. The autumn gives lots off berries and mushrooms , free to pick for every one. On the farm, besides me, I have a dog, Shadow and 3 cats, Saga, Timjan and Bassilika, 2 horses, Grace and Cash and some chickens. This is one of the most beautiful place on earth, you really have to see this.

Welcome to our cozy guesthouse . The house is newly built. Here you are very close to the golf course as well as Dömle manor. One king size bed in bedroom. Sofa bed in living room. 2 mattress toppers in the loft. TV with c- More and streaming. Heated with air heat pump that provides air conditioning in the summer. Coal grill is available. There is a possibility to borrow a canoe. No smoking or pets are allowed. Bedlinen and towels are available. Wi-Fi . Smart lock.

With socializing in front of the fireplace or on the terrace in the evening sun, the holiday gets a lovely golden edge. It is a perfect starting point for those who like to be out in nature or want to visit Karlstad. We have many great tips to share for those who wish. In the nearby lake Gapern, we have a sauna raft that can be rented at the same time on request.

The house is located on the east side of the lake, 6 km from Sunne center, opposite Rottneros Park, Sunne golf course and Västanå Theater. Two cats are in the yard that will gladly keep you company if you want to stroll around the garden.
