Vacation rentals in DeLand

We stayed 4 nights with 2 adults, 3 kids, and a dog. This house was perfect for our family! Went to both Disney World and Universal studios and the location was great. Closer to Disney but we knew that going in. Walmart was less than 10 min and great to stock up on food and drinks. There was a grill and next time I’d plan more time to use it. Kids loved the pool and game room. House was well stocked with thoughtful conveniences like universal phone chargers on nightstands and extra toiletries like toothpaste if you forgot it. We ran low on dog waste bags and found a box in the laundry room. Resort was really nice although we didn’t use its amenities, would plan a rest day next time to use them more. Adrian was responsive and helpful. Overall great place and would stay again!

My family and I felt very relaxed and peaceful at this beautiful home. Just dislike how it was only 2 bathroom but the app said 3 but the kids had to keep going upstairs to use the public restroom otherwise it was okay. One thing i appreciate was they give us extra 30 mins to get our self together when time for checking out I really adore the communication thank you once again.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! Everything was so clean and comfortable. Perfectly located near everything Disney! The house had something for everyone. From the relaxing hot tub and massage chair, to the Xbox and toys for the kids. It was all the comforts of home. The balcony in the master overlooking the peaceful pond and trees was the perfect way to start my day in the morning with coffee. Patricia was amazing, and was so kind with very quick responses if we needed anything. The community pool and restaurant was perfect for a nice relaxing day from the parks. If you’re thinking about a Disney trip with the family, then you have to book here! Thank you Patricia for making our stay so wonderful and comfortable!

We stayed in March for 16 nights and van honestly say Micahels place has been the best wrve stayed in when visiting Orlando. (We've visted Orlando several times) The apartment was extremely clean, the bedrooms were larger than we expected. We travelled this time with our 8 month old daughter & our parents the apartment was suitable for everyone in our party. The views of the golf course were wondeful, especially sunset. The facilities on site are great and we had our best meals of our trip at Traditons restaurant onsite. The security was great too, easy to find, easy to access, parking great. Michael was wonderful to communicate with & the guide he sends in advance of the trip is the best we've seen. We really look forward to returning and will absolutely stay here again. Thank you Michael for a wonderful stay!!

Had a lovely stay, really enjoyed the heated pool and hot tubs. The place was very comfortable and had what we needed. The area was nice and quiet. Appreciated the restaurant recommendations and couple of water bottles which were just what we needed when our flight in had gotten delayed. Would definitely recommend!

Val and Dave’s air BNB was super cute! All the Disney touches really made our stay extra special. It was so close to the Disney parks and Disney springs. The house was clean and just as the listing stated. We will definitely be back next time we are in town!

This place was perfect for my husband and I! It was very easy to get around to any and all the shops we wanted. Check-in was very easy and the condo was very clean! We loved using the chairs provided for the beach. I would highly recommend this place to any couple looking for a relaxing weekend away!

Sue was a terrific communicator. Any time I had a question, she was quick to answer. The home was as described and very clean. Thanks for hosting us.

This place is perfect. The check in food and drinks was unexpected but welcomed. I would definitely stay here again.
