Welcome to our tranquil lakeside house in Milton, Delaware! We're delighted to host you in this serene getaway where you can enjoy the beauty of nature, explore the charming town of Milton, and indulge in local attractions like the famous Dogfish Head Brewery and nearby beaches. We are also a short driving distance to both Sports at the Beach and The Turf. For travel health providers, we are about 17 minutes to Bayhealth (Milford) Hospital and about 20 mins to Beebe Hospital, traffic depending.

Bring your flip flops and relax! Adorable beach cottage in a quiet, gated community just a short drive from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Enjoy the outdoor area at home with a fire pit, grill, and games or explore the wooded trails, crabbing dock, or community pool. The pool is open on weekends only from Memorial Day weekend until full-time hours begin on the 13th of June until Aug 24. Then additional weekends of 8/30-9/1, 9/6-9/7, 9/13-9/14 You must be at least 25 years of age to rent.

The grounds feature lush perennial gardens, an old-growth forest, native wetlands, and a serene 1-acre pond. Estate sized pool & private spa/hot tub.

Rest a Shore 4BR home -Angola -boat launch, pool

This newly remodeled 4BR home is located in the quiet, gated community of Angola by the Bay. Bring your family, boat, kayaks, and bikes and you won't have to leave the community that includes a pool, tennis courts, bocce courts, basketball court, and walking paths! If you do leave, you are located just a short drive from Rehoboth Beach. *After booking, you will need to sign HOA agreement before you arrive for your stay. This is sent through Docusign. Bay Pearl House (2 porches, deck, gas grill, yard)

The Bay Pearl House is spacious, comfortable, sun-filled, colorful and functional in a unique water front community, one block from the water. Tasteful beachy decor includes blue herons, flamingos, seahorses and geckos and 10 original photos of water scenes from 5 of the 7 continents of the world taken by the owner. Sun catchers on windows create rainbow-colored lighting streams around the house from sunrise to sunset, adding dynamic bursts of shape and color to enjoy, surprise and delight!

You’ll love it because it 's close (1mile) to the beach, yet away from the crowds! Great for couples, families (with kids), dogs and big family groups. Feel free to use our old bikes, beach chairs, cooler, wagon (filled with toys) and kayaks. The FREE town trolley picks up at the front door every 20 (or so) minutes in season. Resident parking passes are provided for parking close to the beach. Only Aug. 23-28 is available. Fall dates are available and weather is fantastic.
