Spend your days exploring the Delaware Coast and come home to a rustic Skoolie with a full kitchen & outdoor area. You have access to fire pit, grill, and outdoor seating area. We’ve renovated- there is a bunk bed, and a full bathroom with toilet, shower, and sink. The bathroom is in a separate building about 20 ft from the bus.

Room has a queen bed, full bathroom with tub, Keureg style coffee maker, mini fridge; live plants in room, 7 min drive to Bethany Beach. View and access to backyard seating, chimnea, No WIFI, no TV. Beach gear available.There is no access to or from main house, but some muffled noise can be heard during the day, including a small dog. Self check in with a key, but no late check in, please, ty!

Enjoy a peaceful waterfront stay in our custom-built tiny house, located on Cedar Creek just off Route 1. Conveniently situated only 10 minutes from Delaware Turf and 15 minutes from the beach. The home comfortably sleeps four and includes hot tub access. We live on-site and are happy to assist throughout your stay. Ideal for families, pets (please review rules under “The Space” section), contractors, and long-term renters.

For years, we searched for the perfect beach getaway: secluded, tranquil, yet close to attractions. We found it in Beachwalk. Peaceful. Private. Conveniently located at the quiet southern end of Broadkill Beach. While the north side is denser with homes and more crowded, the southern end provides a more private beach experience with far fewer visitors. The ideal beach retreat where it's just you, the sand, and the sea.
