Make yourself at home in this quaint 3bd/2ba home, just 4 miles from Winnsboro and 35 miles from 1-20 @ Garrett Road. The house has 2 bathrooms, one with a tub/shower and one with a step in stand up shower. Hardwood flooring throughout with the exception of the bathrooms. High efficiency washer/dryer and 5 cup Keurig Coffee Maker with coffee pods, creamer and sugar supplied. Completely renovated with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Savage Lane

Our father built this house beginning in 1981. It is located on our 40-acre farm, in front of my sister's cottage, about 100 yards from the house I share with our nephew, which was originally built by our grandparents in 1939. It is quiet, remote and peaceful. It is about seven miles to the nearest grocery stores and restaurants in Bastrop, and one mile to a Dollar General in Collinston. There is wifi in the house, as well as a Roku TV.

We have added to our special place a gazebo, seating, firepit, BBQ grill and picnic table for your outdoor enjoyment of this peaceful getaway.
