Nice apartment on the 2nd floor of a Bremen terraced house in Altfindorff. Bathroom with shower, mini-kitchen & covered balcony. This special place is close to everything: supermarket, weekly market, pharmacy, etc., 10-minute walk to the Congress & Exhibition Center, 10 minutes by bus to the train station & 15 minutes to the city or the Weser (Schlachte). However, quietly located, close to the Bürgerpark & Torfkanal. Many activities & restaurants are right outside the door.

The 2-room apartment can accommodate ideally 2 adults and 2 children. If necessary, the 5th person can lie down on the cozy couch in the living room. Private small shower with toilet. There is everything you need for everyday needs in the apartment such as hairdryer, ironing board/iron, vacuum cleaner, TV, radio/CD player, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fridge, microwave, washing machine, dishes and cutlery as well as a balcony and much more. From this place, you can quickly get to all the important places. Stroll through the small pedestrian zone, sit down to eat in the historic water mill on the castle island, use the proximity to HB + OL for a city tour or drive to the North Sea for a day! I love this apartment, which is a bit outdated. It is absolutely not perfect and certainly not modern, so don't expect 100%! I myself currently live in Berlin and rarely use it, but then with cats

Outside the door are numerous free parking spaces. Within 10 minutes on foot you are at the Bremen Schlachte and downtown. The apartment is located in the basement of our old Bremen house from 1895. The apartment was rebuilt from scratch in 2021/2022 and is in mint condition.
