The property is close to nature and Dellensjöarna, about 4 km from the city center where there is a restaurant, grocery store, skate park etc. Approximately 3 mil to järvsöbacken and hazela ski resort. Guests are responsible for cleaning before departure.

The house is built in the 1880s and was originally a lodge that was then rebuilt into a residential house. The house is located in beautiful Forsa in a rural environment and is therefore also decorated in a rural style. Nature is close by and so are golf courses, ski trails and mountain bike trails. Within walking distance is also Hälsingegården Ystegårn, which has both a restaurant and an interior design shop.
