Monthly Rentals in Demonte

We stayed here for a month and loved it! The place was spotlessly clean and we had everything we needed. We are digital nomads and worked a lot during the week. The WiFi was absolutely fine most of the time - the only issue being that it tends to cut out when there is a storm (but there is 5G so it’s possible to hotspot). We went for some lovely walks and played tennis at the local club every week. The hosts were kind and attentive. We’d definitely recommend staying here.

We were guests of Maurizio (with my partner and our baby) during the Christmas period. The apartment is small and cozy, and has all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay. The sleeping area on the mezzanine is very nice and our baby loved it. Maurizio was a kind and caring host, always very helpful and responsive. Upon our arrival the apartment was very clean and well heated. Convenient location to visit the Stura Valley and its side valleys.

The house is like its owner: amazing! Giorgio is a fantastic host, he is welcoming, caring, generous and available. He really took great care of us. House is a real paradise. The views are breathtaking. There are hiking trails directly accessible from the house. The kitchen is very well equipped. There's a stove in the living room. The rooms are cozy. The bathrooms are very clean and spacious. The exterior is beautiful with many amenities: BBQ/pizza oven/ sunbed ... Thank you for the enchanted break. Such a wonderful stay in a wonderful area. Hoping to come back!

Very nice hosts and accommodation. It was very quiet and decorated with taste. It felt like home. They had heated the place for our arrival. It smelled clean and the space is healthy. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this listing!
