Monthly Rentals in Demre

We’ve really enjoyed our stay at Alparslan’s place. It was a spacious apartment with everything we needed and fully matching the description. We felt at home. The sea was like 5 minutes of walking with a few decent options for eating out along the way. Alparslan provided us a list of local recommendations which turned out to be helpful. He was always very responsive, kind and helpful. I’m glad we ended up choosing that place for our family vacation and I can easily recommend it to my friends.

A wonderful place to stay with breathtaking views. A little trip back in time. Located directly in a nature reserve surrounded by the most beautiful nature and a goat farm. Since we traveled in spring, nature was all the more beautiful. The place offers everything you need and has a rustic charm. The breakfast was excellent and the communication very good. Only the windows could have been cleaned for the price and especially with this view - I then took care of that myself. The small guard dogs and the nightly prayer calls from the adjacent mosque should be considered. Overall a clear recommendation. We will be happy to come back. Kind regards, Viki and Jonas

We love this place. It wasn’t easy to find the house but Louisa and her husband were kind to met us on the road. It’s two floors house with the bedroom and bathroom on the first floor and the kitchen and living room on the second floor. There is a lot of things on the kitchen so you can cook whatever you need. Everything is clean and stylish and generally feels like home)

Great place with amazing view, host was responsive. Location was very convenient, nearby to Kas old town as well as beach.
