Super nice host and lovely place! We felt very comfortable and were able to enjoy our stay very much. Frank is always available and has good information about the attractions in the surrounding area. We will be happy to come back :)

This bungalow is in a beautiful environment. It is tastefully decorated and the appliances, cutlery and utensils are at their best! Communication with Jurgen was very fluid as well. Great place to stay to visit Keukenhof and Amsterdam as well as the northern beaches. Kids loved the garden!

We had a lovely stay at Michael’s place. We booked it for a girls trip with a group of 7. It was the perfect size, lovely surroundings and really central! Would definitely recommend!

The place was quiet. The cottage was very clean and nicely furnished. So you felt right at home. Victor and his wife were very kind and always responsive. The accommodation is fully recommended. There are many beautiful things to explore not far, such as the center of Edam or the promenade of Volendam. Be sure to go to Amsterdam with the bus. Super easy and you can get to the city center very quickly.

We immediately felt comfortable and enjoyed the place very much. The kitchen is top and modern. The bedrooms were never too cold despite the opened windows. The beds were not too hard or too soft. The bathroom is a little small but you get used to it. Ella was always very friendly and responded quickly when we had trouble with the wifi. The handyman will come soon to get it back to a reasonable speed. A free and free parking space was always available, which is not self-evident in the Netherlands. We can fully recommend Ella's place.

Gerdien’s lovely home worked so well for our 5 adult 8 day stay. In Dutch terms it’s very “gezellig”—cozy. The bedrooms are roomy and beds very comfortable. We especially appreciated the living room/ dining area—is a great common space. Beautiful back yard. The kitchen is well appointed for any cooking needs and coffee maker works well. Appreciated access to the washer and dryer. The home’s centrally located—close to restaurants, shops, train station, and importantly the Rood bakery just down the street. Gerdien is a responsive and helpful communicator. We highly recommend this property.

We stayed with the kids for a week. The beach was a great walk. Were also in the zoo, butterfly house and on the largest playground in Europe. Everything was reachable in 20-45 minutes. Highly recommended. Beautiful area, super nice people, also in the restaurants with the little ones. I'd love to come back :)

We had a very nice stay at Antoinet's place. You and your husband were very friendly, attentive and helpful. We felt very comfortable. The cute cottage has everything you need for a vacation. Even two bikes are at your disposal. A warm thank you to the hosts.

Great place to stay, quiet location, perfectly located to explore the island. Everything you could need, including games, which our children loved. Luggage wagon and elevator were very helpful, especially with kids and dog. Comfortable beds. Morning sun on the balcony. We will be happy to come back!

Maaike and Jeroen were lovely hosts, making us feel welcome in their historic monument home. With 40 chickens, two rabbits, one cat, and one dog, we felt like we were one with nature. We had a safe place in the barn for our bicycles, and there was everything we could ask for to cook nice meals. Fresh flowers on the table and treats in the cupboards, we felt really spoiled. The bed was the biggest we‘ve seen in a long time, and it was extremely comfortable. There were giant tulip fields to the left and right of the house. The sunsets were glorious and make for taking endless photographs.

We had a great stay at this apartment! Everything was very clean, tastefully decorated and furnished with a lot of love for detail. We felt comfortable right from the beginning. The location was ideal – quiet but still central, so we could easily reach everything. We particularly liked the warm communication with the host- always friendly, helpful and reliable. A small note: the stairs to the apartment are – typical of this beautiful old building – a bit steep. It wasn't an issue for us, but you should know. We would love to come back anytime and can absolutely recommend the place!

Great b&b. Unfortunately without breakfast but that was already told to us right away, so no problem. Super quiet location and very close to the West Frieze Golf Course. Super clean and a good bed. The terrace with a wonderful view was also recommended. If you are looking for a quiet place where you can easily stay overnight: FOUND

This apartment was a very good choice, wonderful central location yet quiet; it was very cozy with lots of charm and everything was as described. Very nice contact, questions were answered immediately. If we visit this area again, I will be happy to inquire with Sylvia again.

Great apartment in a holiday complex. Only the dunes separate the apartment from the great and wide sandy beach of Julianadorp.

The location of the apartment is mega central, ideal for a city trip in Alkmaar and visiting the cheese market. The cheese boats pass right outside the window. The view of the canal & the landmark of Alkmaar etc. is totally beautiful. Everything is within walking distance. Johnson is a courteous, kind host and quick to respond to any questions. We definitely recommend the apartment ( at least if you are fit on foot, as the stairs to the apartment are very steep)....gladly again the next time you visit Alkmaar.

Very pleasant accommodation for a couple and 4 teenagers. Easy travel to visit Amsterdam , beautiful walks, several restaurants nearby. We would recommend it.

Anjas, apartment is conveniently located in the middle (season conditional🙃) of beautiful tulip fields. The beach is only a short drive by car - but also very doable on foot or by bike. For us, the apartment was a very good location to explore the surrounding area and take long walks on the beach. The beach pavilions on the beach are top class. Friendly - accommodating - priced fair! (We know other things on the DE side of the North Sea😉. All in all: we'll be back All the best Esther and Oliver

Great location..we loved being in Alkmaar and it's so easy to travel to Amsterdam and cheaper as well .Quaint town and can get busy during Friday cheese market ..must stay in Friday atleast...We stayed 4 nights and wished we stayed more in the beautiful spacious house. Good air con and heater both.. Lovely cute kitchen. We sat there most of the times...Bedroom is cosy and has great view... Absolutely loved it

We had a wonderful stay in Alkmaar and in the apartment! The communication with Diwa was great, she welcomed us, gave us a lot of useful information, we could always contact her and she was super friendly. The apartment was super clean and had everything we needed. It has a beautiful balcony and a great view. We loved, that it’s located in the middle of the city with nice cafés around the corner. For parking there are good options that Diwa told us about. We totally recommend staying in Diwas apartment and would love to come back!

The apartment is super cozy and very nicely furnished. There is everything you need. The location is ideal. You can walk to downtown in 5 minutes. Still, it's quiet. The communication with Majsa was great. To welcome you, there was a bottle of wine and something to squeeze. It was beautiful all around. We definitely want to come back! Thanks very much.

Akke's apartment is the perfect place to stay in Alkamaar! We could not have described a better place with a 5 minute walk into the centre, windows straight onto the beautiful canal and all amenities we needed! If anything the description when booking does not show enough how amazing the place is, would highly recommend

We had a lovely stay! Beautiful apartment, nicely decorated and very spacious. Located in a nice and quiet location, within walking distance of downtown. The area is fantastic for cycling, also Bergen aan Zee is easy to reach within 15 minutes by bike. Bikes can be rented in Bergen city center. Olga was also a very nice hostess, clear communication before and during the stay, everything was pico bello in order. Highly recommended and we'd love to come back!

Because we liked it so much the first time, we went back to “De Nollen” for a weekend. Everything was fine again and Elvira is a friendly, unobtrusive and yet very helpful host. The location is nice for excursions in the beautiful surroundings. We would vacation here again anytime.
