a very friendly host, who runs a stay in Den Burgh right in the cozy village and yet nice and quiet. Great beds and nice bathroom. You can park your car within walking distance, and bike rental is nearby. Cozy shopping streets with terraces and restaurants

We had a fantastic weekend at Peter & Jose’s place. It is in a quiet and picturesque location although quite secluded, so the nearest shop was a 15-20 minute walk away and the train station around half an hour. However, Jose has bikes you can borrow to make the journey a little shorter and most of the walk is through the open air museum passing beautiful windmills and pretty houses. We had no trouble getting an uber from the station when we came back in the evening, and the train journey into central Dam was only 15 minutes. The accommodation is spacious, nicely furnished and well equipped. We really appreciated the delicious breakfast provided by Jose on the first and last mornings of our stay. Highly recommended and we certainly hope to return!

We had a great week at Tania’s. Quiet location, privacy and winter sauna was a nice extra.

We had a lovely stay at Polly’s home. It’s a beautiful house and we felt immediately at home. The courtyard is a great place to relax a little bit after a long day of discovering the beautiful island of Texel. Would definitely recommend!!

The house is true to the photos, with lots of charm. The bedding is comfortable. Rob is accommodating. I recommend it.

We really enjoyed the stay and it's calm locality. The host was very friendly. The only strange thing is that the shower room doesn't seem to have a lock (or I am not sure if I missed to notice it) and since it is located downstairs near the entrance, my wife felt a little uncomfortable. But otherwise, the stay is good for a short stay. I would prefer this place again.

Helen was a thoughtful host! Very kind and responsive. She was very clear in her information to get to the listing! Small touches had been left in the apartment for our arrival! You can count on her if you ever need something or even a simple piece of information! The accommodation is only 3 bus stations from Ferry F3 and 15min walk from the F4 ferry. Quite well located in the north, quiet, without the hustle and bustle of the center! I recommend it.

We loved Cornelis‘ place! It was nice, clean, and well equipped with oven and dishwasher. The house is greatly (and quiet) located, for trips to Alkmaar, the beach or Haarlem. 2 bicycles can be used. The beds were really comfy. The next supermarket is just a 3 minute car ride away. A big plus in the summer is the terrace with a smoker and a barbecue equipment! Cornelis was always fast in answering! We will definitely return. Thank you, Cornelis!

We stayed for a few days with 3 friends in Anneke's cottage. We had an excellent stay. Because we didn't arrive until later in the evening, Anneke had put a lantern at the entrance so we would easily find the way. The cottage exceeded our expectations, very nice spacious living room and bedroom and everything was very tidy. The cottage is a good base from which to visit several nice cities and do activities. We got a lot of nice tips from Anneke and there were also some brochures in the cottage to get inspiration. In short, recommended!

Our stay with Rick and Rianne on Texel was great! The accommodation was clean, cozy and perfectly located. Rick and Rianne were incredibly hospitable and gave us many useful tips about the island. We definitely recommend this Airbnb for a pleasant stay on Texel!

A fantastic base from which to explore Terschelling with the two of you. Everything was good for each other. The communication was very cozy and friendly. After arrival, we could immediately go to the perfectly furnished nice studio!

Great Airbnb! The place is easy to access by transport (15 min walk to the free ferry), plus the bikes offered by Marijke are a great help when you want to get around while visiting! The room is superb and we loved spending a weekend in such a romantic place☺️ Marijke is a great host, available and very friendly who brightened our stay with her advice and hospitality! If we return to Amsterdam, we won't hesitate to book her place again!

What a wonderful stay with Annelies and Jake, what a beautiful b&b, everything was correct, a nice place that has been given a lot of care and attention. We lacked nothing, lovely beds, nice bedding, nice shower. The outdoor space is fantastic, I was together with my 11-year-old daughter who preferred “at home”, and we did that, did some groceries ourselves and ate delicious outside with a beautiful view! The breakfast is also delicious, so much so we could also have lunch from it, what a service! The contact with Annelies was very pleasant. There are games and cards from Texel, we have enjoyed! I had a lovely stay at Bas’s charming place~ it was beautifully designed and spotless~ I really loved taking the free ferry every day and coming back each evening to a peaceful environment~ a super comfy bed too! I would definitely stay here again~

Extremely clear check-in instructions. We had a car and it was easy to see where we could park and we always had parking at the door. We also used the bus that is about 5 minutes from Airbnb, we went to the subway and totak in 30 minutes we arrived in Amsterdam. The village had all the amenities needed and I still borrowed an iron and Michele responded quickly. I recommend it and I have nothing negative to point out.

We had a wonderful stay at Dione Apartment! The place was very clean and tastefully decorated – you feel right at home. I particularly liked the quiet location in combination with the good accessibility of all important places. Host was extremely friendly. I would come back at any time and can fully recommend the Dione apartment!

Loveley place to stay. Nice and quiet after a day in the hussle of Amsterdam. Fell in love with Monnikendam. We did miss being able to warm up a meal but Laura had some pot noodles there and a watercooker. She also had some Fruit, Coffee and water for us. Was a very nice suprise and we appreciated that. PS. loved the very friendly pussycat. 🥰

There were 4 of us (2 married couples) 4 nights in the guest apartment with Marjorie. She is a very kind and reserved host. The listing was aptly described in the photos. The details were partly even better than indicated (e.g. the very lovingly designed bathroom or the stainless steel equipment of the kitchen appliances, the circulating air regulation throughout the house). The look of the Borderij is even more beautiful than in the photos. The beds in the rooms are not too soft and not too hard. Everything is well maintained. The immediate proximity to the huge Schoorl'se Duinen is great because you can leave the car. The restaurants in Schoorl are all good and recommended. The only tiny point of criticism is the proximity of the border to the street, which can be disruptive on working days when sleeping with the window open. We were in Amsterdam and in Nordwijk, for example. For such activities you have to take certain driving times... Highly recommended at any time!!! 🤩

Great starting point for cycling tours, but also quick and uncomplicated with the public transport in Amsterdam. Very nice quiet place and nice neighborhood. We'll be back for sure 🤗
