Behind the house you have a wonderful view over meadows and pastures. Especially in the morning when the sun rises over the meadow and you sit in the conservatory with a coffee – an unforgettable moment! Here you can enjoy heavenly tranquility in a natural environment.

In one of the quietest places in the Netherlands, you will find our completely refurbished bakery. From the yard, walk into the endless German forests or explore the area by bicycle. Beautiful places such as Ootmarsum, Hardenberg and Gramsbergen are close by, but there is also plenty to see across the border. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the private terrace has a comfortable seating area, barbecue, sun loungers and parasol. A luxury breakfast is available on request for €15 per person.

De Lupine Lodge op park 't Hooge Holt is een prachtig Scandinavisch huisje om heerlijk tot rust te komen met het hele gezin of maximaal vier volwassenen. De keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien (keramische kookplaat, magnetron, afwasmachine, koffiezetapparaat en waterkoker), er is een wasmachine en een droger, er is zelfs een open haard om het 's avonds extra knus te maken in huis. Ook kun je lekker buiten zitten op de veranda. Je kunt de auto meteen achter het huisje parkeren.

Renovated in early 2021, this Finnish holiday home 'Stavanger' with fireplace is located on the green and welcoming holiday park 't Hooge Holt in Gramsbergen. The park offers many recreational opportunities such as an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, animal farm, children's entertainment and children's playground Mad Monkey Moves. After an active day you can eat outside and enjoy on the spacious veranda.

Guesthouse an der Vechte

In our lovingly furnished guesthouse, we warmly welcome our guests. The guesthouse has 2 single beds, which are located on a gallery. (The beds can also be pushed together). A sofa bed can accommodate additional guests. Located directly on the Vechte, in a quiet location with many hiking and cycling trails, you will find our nice guest house. Between Vechte and the Alte-Picardie Canal lies Emlichheim on the Dutch border. Many bike paths and hiking trails make this region a popular recreation area. Simply feel good and relax.
