The house has its own pool of about 8 m Ø with a beautiful pool house with dining area. Plus a wilderness bath and shelter. The house is located about 2 km from the small town of Gjern in the beautiful hilly Søhøjland close to Silkeborg and only 30 minutes from Aarhus. There are plenty of opportunities for active holidays in the beautiful nature with hiking trails, mountain bike trails, etc.

Dishwasher, washingmachine, tumbledryer, WiFi, bicycles. Beach by car 5km, 3km by cycle route w. deer & horses to white sandy beach & dunes. Superbly located also for Sea West. Front & rear terrace. Morning bread near. Smoke outside only! Has a residual cold smoke smell inside - cleaned walls/carpets/curtains/repainted in summer 2024.

Cozy old seaside cottage in the first row. The garden leads straight down to the beach. The original house is old but well kept. The newly built sunroom, with a direct view of the sea, makes the house enjoyable all year round. The rooms are small and what we call an annex can only be seen as an extra bedroom located 8 meters from the house and cannot be locked from inside. The house is ideal for 4 people, but there are 6 beds. The price includes use of electricity, water, and heating.

Historical Cottage close to the beach

The cozy thatched cottage Hyggeholm is located in the historic center of Gedesby on the island of Falster near the beach with a wonderful view. The design of the property was completely modernized in 2020, a large kitchen, four bedrooms and two bathrooms were redesigned and individually furnished. A billiard room, a library under the roof and a sauna house in the garden were built. The garden is home to many different types of plants and fruit trees.

Ideal for nature lovers, windsurfers and active holidaymakers - golf, fishing, canoeing/kayaking and ideal for wonderful (car-free!) cycle tours along the fjord. Just right for holidays with children and to switch off completely. The house is furnished in a cosy, functional vintage style.
