Everything was perfect and went smoothly right from the check-in. The place itself although located in a busy street was very peaceful and had no outside noise at all. The cleaning and staff were super helpful and lovely. And Soraya was always answering and helping immediately when needed. The pictures matched the reality and the door-to-door laundry service was extremely useful. 10/10 would definitely recommend

The appartments was excellent, we were very pleased with everything. The staff at the Novotel were very friendly, lovely in fact.

The place was good but hard for gojek come to delivery, Agust been so helpfull with medicine and coconut water while I was sick. Thank you sooo much Agust

This was our second time staying at the apartment and we took my parents (in their 70s). It was great for hanging out together in the large lounge/ dining area. Close to the pool and restaurant. We loved it. Thanks again Tricia for accepting our booking.

Stylish and immaculate apartment. Sparking clean with a helper to come an clean everyday. Hesti is very flexible with early check in and generously allowed us to check out late. We went to Kubu beach which was very pretty without additional charges. We could not swim at Ayana or Rimba as informed. But you could relax on the chairs beside the pools.

It was perfect for me and my partners needs. The location is great, it’s quiet and super friendly between staff and other co workers. The room is dated but we didn’t have issues I would stay here again. Only thing to note is power not included and it’s estimated at 20k IDR per day.

I spent 32 days at Dona’s place. I arrived a day early, and was able to check in with no issues. The location is easily walkable for shopping, restaurants and the beach. The place was clean and the staff was amazing. I am a solo traveler and always felt safe. I would highly recommend this location.

Despite the chaotic streets, this apartment was nice and quiet and a respite from busy streets. Close to restaurants, easy access for taxis, 5 mins walk to the beach. Plenty to do around the area as well. We loved the luxurious apartment and comfy bed. The little terrace was great too. The best part, no mosquitoes! Power outlets take UK and EU plugs as well as USB C and USB A! 😃 It's a pity the jacuzzi wasn't working and the plunge pool was an ice bath (not warm but cold). But there's a communal jacuzzi that's on the roof, and it's also quiet, peaceful and scenic there. Highly recommended!

I worked from here for 4 weeks, on the first day the internet was a little spotty so spoke to Suryo and the staff and within 24 hours they had installed an additional router in my room so my internet was fine for video calls and sharing. The location is walkable to the beach but in most cases it's easier to get a bike which are always pretty available. The staff are friendly and responsive with the room being cleaned every day at a time that suited my work schedule. They fumigate the place at least once a week so there were no issues with mosquitos even with daily rain and being by the pool (which is amazing). They arranged taxi transfer from the airport and happily waited while my flight was delayed for 3 hours at no additional cost to me which was great! If I were to stay in the Seminyak area again I would happily stay here again. Thanks so much to Suryo and the team!

A large hotel, 3 pools, great staff, rooms are cozy and beds are comfortable, located in a great spot on dewi sri, so close to restaurants and bars, small walk to double 6 beach or down into legian. I was very happy with my stay, and would return again

Superbe accueil chez Jukung Guest House. L'équipe est top, très arrangeante. L'hôtel est idéalement placé dans Sanur, tout à fait propre. Les chambres sont spacieuses, confortables et bien entretenues. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux et complet. La piscine permet de se rafraîchir après une journée chargée. Je recommande l'établissement !

I’ve had a great experience at Kadek’s apartments the room was not exactly the same as appeared on photos but was very cozy also they offered me an airport pickup but I couldn’t find the driver when I was there so if you order a pickup service make sure they will write down your name and display it and don’t deal with airport taxi drivers. The host and stuff was very friendly and kind to me providing help also people living there were cool too.

I’d like to thank my host Stephan for having me for 12 days here in Bali was a great experience for a solo traveller, the location was awesome. The people in the restaurant/bar area are so much fun, the people around you here are awesome. Thanks Stephan for having me this place is definitely a steal! Best location if you want best of both worlds in Bali. Stephan is not only an air bnb host he also, helps you if you need anything. I will be returning to Bali and staying with Stephan’s places! A good value and near areas with lots of resto. the private kitchen is a good addition.

Gusman è stato molto utile e Nico è stato molto accogliente. La struttura non è proprio come da foto e necessita una manutenzione, generale. La piscina e quasi sempre sporca e l’intento delle camere lascia un po’ a desiderare. Tutto sommato è stata un esperienza positiva.

This was our first time in Bali and we lived our stay here. The rooms were clean, the amenities were fantastic, very central location and excellent service. The staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was included, and the pool was so refreshing. I would recommend this place to everyone and won't hesitate to stay there again!
