The accommodation is clean and the owner is friendly. There are convenience stores, cafes, restaurants, and more nearby. There are many rooms and a large living room, so it's good for a large family to rest comfortably.

It was affordable and the facilities were good for the price. The owner was so kind and nice! I want to visit again next time ☺️

I really enjoyed staying at this place. It was sparkling clean and had all the essentials in the bathroom. The little photo frames, a warm table lamp created a cozy mood, and the duvet was so soft and warm. I spent most of my time outdoors so I only had a chance to use the place for sleeping and washing, which is really sad and especially the price was a bit higher. But I definitely recommend the place for a solo female travelers who is looking for a quiet and beautiful place that is close to the Lotte World and Seokchon Lake area.

The photos and description matched, it was located close to public transportation, and there were many convenience stores and restaurants nearby, so it was a great place to stay. The interior was cozy, the bed was comfortable, and it was very clean, so it was a place I wanted to revisit.

Above all, the location was great!! The location was easy to get to! And it was almost like the picture, and it was neat and tidy. Thank you for being such a good owner. I come to check in early but get lost. Contact the owner right away and they provide free pickup for us. Everything was provided as a request. This housing area is close to Hongdae. Besides, the transportation was also easy to use. You can use bus or subway. The environment over there was very peaceful. There are also gs25 and cu mart near home. Got one bathroom and three bedroom. Can fit for 8 of us. Really recommended for you to stay here ! Thank you for the warmest welcome 🤗

It was an accommodation that I chose with my members as I came to watch baseball at Jamsil Baseball Stadium while opening the baseball season, and it was such a good place to go out to watch baseball. First of all, the host was really kind and not only changed the check-in time according to our schedule, but also responded to us so that we could have a thoughtful and comfortable trip. The street of the accommodation is close to the downtown area of Jamsil, so it was very nice to eat at nearby restaurants and have a light drink. In addition, the accommodation was really pleasant and tidy, so I wished it was my home as a resting place to soothe the tiredness caused by traveling, and the members I stayed with were very satisfied. In the morning, I went to Seokchon Lake lightly, and I was able to see runners of various age groups. Even if I come to Seoul next time, I am willing to revisit unconditionally, and many people are planning to travel to Seoul, especially in the eastern part of Seoul such as Jamsil, Songpa, and Gangnam, I think you can choose it as an accommodation. I am willing to use it next time I have a schedule in Seoul, not baseball. The house, the host, and the surrounding environment were all the best!!! I really searched around for airbnbs to accommodate my 10-day trip and instantly fell in love with this airbnb when I saw the listing! The host was accommodating to let me leave my luggage early so that I can head out to explore the beautiful Seoul! On top of that, the host was super responsive and helpful :) I loveeeee the space so much. It was so cozy, so peaceful, made me feel so at home! I wish my own apartment back home looked like that 😆 My experience was great! I even did some laundry and cooked some stuff :) The only confusing thing for me was Korea’s recycling system as a foreigner 😅 I will try to learn it better next time! The location was amazing, within the estate area, you can take 2 escalators down and it’s the subway station! Right outside the accoms, there’s an emart, chicken shops, noodle shops, coffee shops - everything! It’s also close to an olive young! And 2 stops away from Hongik stn, 1 stop from gimpo. Overall a 10/10 stay, I loved it 💖💖💖

I am a foreigner who does not speak Korean language. So I was very appreciative that Zoe was friendly and responded fast via AirBnB messaging. The area around the building has an emart supermarket and restaurants. The building itself had a CU and some eateries too. So it was very convenient and comfortable for a 10 day stay for my business trip. thank you Zoe !

Highly recommended! I read about Seoul’s Airbnb scams so I was a bit worried. Thankfully, everything about this apartment was great! Exactly like in the pictures, actually even more spacious than I thought. It felt perfect. The area, too, was great. Felt like living for a few days as a local. Both my wife and I loved it. I cannot say enough good things about this place! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and filled with thoughtful touches that made it feel like a true home away from home. The bed was comfortable (although the steps is a bit difficult if you’re taller), and every amenity I could possibly need was available. The host was communicative, kind, and clearly takes pride in providing a good experience. The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet close to everything. The views of the lake are very pretty.

We have stayed here for several years in a row. And everything is always at the highest level. There is everything for life. The host puts water, juices, prs,vegetable oil. This is very convenient. I definitely recommend this apartment.

It was a trip with two 130-day-old babies, a 4-year-old daughter, and a brother, so I was wondering if I should find a kids accommodation, but I chose it because I wanted adults to rest comfortably, and both children and adults rested comfortably. ~ However, if you want to cook, there are no large pots, large pans, large bowls, or seasonings, so you'll need to bring them separately.
