Vello Properties is a cozy and beautiful place to stay during our first time in Arizona! Property is fresh and modern with access to gym, pool, hot tub and is very close to restaurants and grocery stores. Neighborhood felt safe and friendly and not over crowded- which we enjoy. Very quiet and peaceful in the evenings. Will definitely book this space when we come back for another visit! Thank you 🙏🏽❤️✨️

Outstanding location and host. From initial conversations, to check out, Tiko was very helpful and communicative. The property was exactly as described. The one bedroom unit fit our family perfectly. Special thanks for allowing our 2 mini aussies to travel with us. Amenities were perfect; from kitchen to bedding, everything we needed was present. Location was great with walkable restaurants, or short drive if preferred. Pool and workout facilities were also outstanding. Thanks to Tiko and team for a great stay. We look forward to visiting in the future

Great location! We were able to rent scooters and go to old town Scottsdale. Pool and hot tub were great. Great that laundry was available and towels, shampoo/conditioner, and cooking stuff was provided.

The place was great pictures did t give it justice. High ceilings corner lot. Could hear traffic. But if you had tv on or talking didn’t even notice it. The place was very clean and had everything guru would need to cook have coffee and creamer in the morning with to go cups. Beach towels for the pool. We played games in the club house watching march madness on big tv. Can’t wait to stay again

Very nice, spacious and new apartment with great amenities and location - we loved the pool area! The host was very responsive when we had questions about getting into the complex. Super easy access to the highway and lots of shopping, restaurants, grocery stores nearby. Our only suggestion is to offer more seating (such as a bistro table) for mealtimes and to relax on the outdoor patio. Overall a nice place, a minor furniture upgrade would make it great!

I Had An Amazing Experience Here At AVE. The Staff Was Great And Helpful. They Extended My Check-Out Time Due To My Flight Delay. Allowed Me To Stay Over With No Issues. The Place Was So Spacious And Pictures Did No Justice. Just Book And Enjoy. The View Was Amazing, Day Or Night. Saving This In My Favorites Because I Will Be Back. Thank You. ☺️

Jonathan was a very welcoming host. The home was well equipped for our family get-a-way (with young kids). The gated pool was essential for our peace of mind and it really paid off. We could let the children frolic in the yard while trusting the gate was secure. Made SUCH a difference. The putt putt and corn hole were a hit- even the colored pens left out created hours of sketching fun. We enjoyed our time around the outdoor table for dinner and soaked in the family time. The loaded coffee station was appreciated for the mornings our kids did not sleep in. The laundry was also stocked and ready for us as well. Easy to find, easy to access, welcoming and clean. The neighborhood was quiet with proximity to the market, activities and restaurants. Thanks for having us!

Fantastic place down the street from the Kierland Commons. Located a couple of blocks from a golf course, the place and neighborhood is beautiful. We loved the backyard - such fun for the kids to play several yard games. The hot tub was great and easy to open and close. The place is modern and has everything you can possibly need. Great iron and ironing board and big closets to store suitcases. The host was immediately responsive when we had a question about the WiFi. The host also went above and beyond by sending me an item I left through the mail the very next day. I highly recommend this place - it is a gem in the beautiful Scottsdale area.

From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the property's stunning, gorgeously landscaped setting – it truly felt like a peaceful oasis. The house is spacious and beautifully appointed, a delightful blend of glamorous Mid-Century Modern and unique worldwide antique furnishings. Every corner you turn reveals a thoughtfully curated piece of decor. The home boasts top-of-the-line modern appliances and technology, making my stay incredibly convenient. I especially loved having several outdoor sitting areas to relax in and soak up the beautiful surroundings. The swimming pool was a wonderful bonus. I felt completely comfortable and secure in this home. The hosts were friendly and approachable, always available if needed, but also very respectful of my privacy. They truly made me feel welcome. This is more than just a place to stay; it's an experience. I highly recommend this exceptional property for anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable getaway in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area.

Lisa's place was an awsome stay... the communication was easy even with changes as we booked this place month's in advance from Australia. The place had everything needed and more, it also had a great outdoor area. The house was well stocked, had clear instructions with everything labelled, spotless but most important it had comfy beds. would recommend this place for family's

This is a pet friendly place but is very clean and you could not tell any pets had been inside. Suzette responded to messages immediately- and gave us clear directions. It was nice to have access to the garage, but we couldn't quite fit our full-size pickup inside. The bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable, we had a nice relaxing stay. Thanks!

I cannot give enough Stars to say how satisfied we were with our stay! Amanda was extremely responsive, so accommodating, and really went over and beyond what we even expected from a Superhost! This property is pristine and so tastefully decorated. And the amenities are so fun! We loved our stay at Dima and Olga’s! We had everything we needed, the house has a great layout, and the area is amazing! There are tons of options for food and shopping nearby and the area is very quiet, safe, and clean. The neighborhood was lovely and peaceful. Our mornings having coffee poolside and breakfast at the outdoor dining area were heavenly. There are many amenities like hair straighteners and a clothes steamer that came in handy unexpectedly. The decor is so cute and all the extra touches give it such great character and a nice homey feel. I didn’t want to leave when it was time to head home. I highly recommend this home and will definitely stay here again if I return to the area!

I had a wonderful visit staying here! The apartment is very charming and decorated very nice in a comfortable retro style. It really had everything I needed in terms of kitchen tools, plenty of towels, nice sheets. Sitting on the little patio in the nice weather was enjoyable. The location is great nearby lots of shops and restaurants, and walking distance from coffee and a big grocery store. The complex is nice with a big pool, and I used the on-site fitness center once - it's basic but the free weights are nice to have. 5 stars, would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Such a lovely place to stay, super clean! That private rooftop was awesome. The pool was never crowded, and it being heated was a plus. We could easily walk to lunch and dinner, too.

Casey was very friendly, responsive, and accommodating. The view from our room turned out to be better than the pictures and the location was great. The resort and staff were also great. Perfect for spending days by the pool with many restaurant options nearby. Overall we had a great stay and will try to book again next time we’re in Phoenix!

Excellent location and only 10 mins walk to the JW Marriott for the conference I was attending. Really nice to come back to somewhere quiet and peaceful every day after 3-4 days of the event.

We had a fantastic stay at Robert's place! The accommodations were perfect—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. We had full access to all the amenities at the resort, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Plus, the location couldn't have been better for us! It was just a short distance to the Wildfire Golf Course, which was a huge plus for any golf lovers. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to relax and enjoy the area!
