Es ist auf unserem Grundstück zusammen mit 3 weiteren Ferienwohnungen in einem anliegenden Ferienhaus. In dem Baumhaus gibt es keine Toilette und keine Dusche (Gartendusche) Eine eigene Toilette können Sie im benachbarten Ferienhaus nutzen. Sie können dort alle Annehmlichkeiten nutzen, wie Trampolin, gemütliche Sitzecke, Bibliothek, Tischkicker. Gerne darf auf dem Grundstück gegrillt werden

Guest apartment in the manor house

Relax with us, stay in the estate park and enjoy the time. The approximately 65 m2 apartment is located on the east side on the upper floor of the historic manor house, which is gradually being reconstructed. Guests are welcome to use the terrace. A barbecue is available for the evening, and there is a fireplace. Through our orchard you come to Trebel, where you can fish, experience nature or use a paddle boat. Bassendorf is a rural idyll that can be reached via a 2 km long avenue.

Surrounded only by meadows and fields, hidden behind the village pond, lies the small manor estate with its main house and old stables. For the past five years, we’ve been carefully restoring it, breathing new life into the 1899 estate. On the upper floor of the manor house – a brick building typical for the region – a spacious, light-filled 114 sqm apartment is waiting for you. The old beams are visible once again. The interior is simple and doesn’t distract.

The location on the edge of the residential area of Rostock-Kassebohm is also a good starting point to explore the city or surrounding area by bike or public transport. Shopping & bus stop are within walking distance in about 5 minutes. The apartment is perfect for those who want to spend just a couple of days or even a few weeks in the city.

We offer you a high-quality furnished vacation home (Finnish cottage) in Marlow located directly at the bird park. You can look out from the bedroom onto a pretty lake and end your vacation day on the terrace. It is ideally suited for a family of 4. The nearest Baltic Sea beach is a 25 km drive away. The Recknitztal area invites you to take small or large bike tours. The vacation home has 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds).

"Kontor" for 2 in the post-socialist manor house

The "Kontor" is a spacious, stately apartment with marodem charm for 2 people that is located in the right wing, on the ground floor of the house. In 2011, I acquired the manor house in Kobrow from the point of view of reviving and maintaining a small piece of the cultural heritage of our country. Quiet, small, closed apartment with 1 room with small double bed, separate kitchen and bathroom. Relaxed parking right outside the door. 15 minutes by car to Warnemünde beach, 5 minutes' walk to the supermarket and bus, 10 minutes' walk to the stadium or indoor swimming pool. Accommodation not for purely tourist purposes because of the resulting obligation to pay a spa tax for the Hanseatic city of Rostock

Beautiful furnished room in a quiet area

A nice, cozy room awaits. There you will find a bed, couch, wardrobe, TV and a small sitting area. The blanket is oversized. There is no kitchen. For small meals, appropriate dishes are available as well as a kettle, fridge and a hot plate for you. You use the bathroom with shower alone. We could rarely meet in the hallway. I can also offer you a bike. If necessary, you can check in in the morning.

Between Berlin and the Baltic Sea lies the Mecklenburg Lake District. In just under 2 hours you are from the capital in our small village, 7 km off the B 96. From the separate 1200 sqm property in a village location, you have an unobstructed view of the countryside and the starry sky as well as the choice of possible excursion destinations in a landscape and bird paradise or the nearby lake.

To our delight, we were connected to the Baltic Sea Cycle Route. Our house is very close to the city of Greifswald and the Hanseatic city of Stralsund is also not far away We have converted an old workshop especially for you, equipped with underfloor heating, TV, Wi-Fi and high-quality mattresses for a good night's sleep.
