Very good stay. The cottage was well equipped and everything was well functional. The place is very well placed in a quiet location, very close to the river "Le Lignon" Outside, in front of the cottage, the terrain is flat which allows for play activities with children. There is also a circular, wooden picnic space that allows 8 people to gather. It is also shaded. Very nice... There is an awning attached to the cottage that allows your car to be sheltered from bad weather. Cathy's place is nearby (100m) which is very convenient in case of need. Access to the village is possible in 20 minutes on foot by a quiet little road, even with a 5 year old. In Tence there are all the amenities to shop, go to restaurants, have cultural activities. Tence has a "Family" label, so there are a lot of activities offered to children.

I was looking for happiness, tranquility and comfort... We met as a family the simplicity of the luxury of an extraordinary terroir... The hairs, cows, rabbits, the park, the meadows, the great outdoors are undeniable assets for the cottage of "Annabel', a magnificent star. If you are looking for a star I recommend 'Annabel', in 'Beausemblant'... Have a good trip near Lyon town...

We had a pleasant stay at Nathalie and Jean-François' place. Clean and well arranged accommodation. The spa is just perfect and very pleasant after a day of walking. I appreciated the responsiveness of the messages and the possibility of self check-in. Very friendly hosts.

What a delightful stay at Bettina's charming cozy cottage. Bettina is a very welcoming and warm host. The cottage is truly a special place, with a wonderful layout. It's been modernized while keeping so many of the wonderful characteristics of an old country home. The common area is large, with lots places to relax. My grandchildren loved the hammock and all the puzzles and games. We appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, and all of the unusual artistic touches throughout. The location is superb - tucked away in the hills of Ardeche - a bucolic setting. The flowers, birds, fields, and stream at that bottom of the hill were a pleasure. What a relaxing, beautiful stay! A rental in a peaceful oasis! A large property where there are 3 accommodations including that of Fleur and Jean Marc. Among other things: a vegetable garden, chickens, a pétanque court, ... Very nice hosting, they are always available. We were with our children aged 2 years and 1 month, the accommodation was suitable

Great quiet house in the countryside! Very large and pleasant garden, very close to the Peaugres Zoo. The house is very large and very welcoming, Anne received us very well. We'll be happy to go back!

We were looking for a quiet private place to sleep not far from the highway, and we found it. Property matches the description. Veronique is friendly and helpful, although I do not speak French, I got all the informations I needed. The house was warm enough for us.

We enjoyed our stay at Olivier's place. The place met our expectations (for two couples with children) and the setting was very nice. We did not do any activities in the area, but the amenities of the accommodation were more than enough to really decompress for a weekend. Olivier was very accommodating.
