The house is centrally located in Wichita Falls, just a block away from Midwestern State University, minutes from the major shopping centers, 10 minutes to downtown or the MPEC Event Center, and 15 minutes to Sheppard AFB. Recently renovated, it has 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a large kitchen, dining room, family room, laundry room (with full size washer and dryer) and oversized sun room that doubles as 3rd bedroom. The guesthouse sleeps up to 4 persons in one room: queen bed (with memory foam mattress) and daybed/couch that converts to one or two twin beds (one is a trundle), both memory foam mattresses. Pets are welcome, but they need to be house trained and kept quiet, and there is a small pet fee.
