The owner is always repondible and helpful. The room is clean and well equipped with all the things u need. Private and quiet like home in Central Riyadh. Highly recommended for traveling shot or long stay over

For what I needed, this place was perfect. I went to attend an event at the Kingdom Arena and was able to walk to and from in about 15 minutes. The place was perfect for me and I was able to walk to plenty of places to eat and there is a supermarket a block away that was extremely convenient. Emad was proactive on reaching out to me before my arrival and was quick to respond with any questions. The place felt like home and I would definitely stay there again if I return for another event at the arena.

The place exactly as described in the website. Very beautiful and clean place and the host was extremely nice and cooperative . Highly recommended.

AbdulRahman isn’t a superhost, he’s a super duper host! Always responsive, very attentive and there to help whenever it was required. The apartment has everything that you could need. Just bring your own personal towels. It felt like home and we were all extremely comfortable.

Nice apartment in a great building. Gym is also very well equipped and clean and there is also an indoor pool. Apartment looks exactly like in the pictures amd is very spacious. Just one thing: you need to bring your own towels as they are not provided.
