It was a good, calm apartment that was clean, and everything was needed in the kitchen. The owner was very responsible. It is near to the airport and not far from lots of places.

I lived in Rami's residence for 16 days, frankly, a fine dormitory in all that the word means, the entrance to the residence is luxurious and the apartment in all its details was luxurious . There are all basic housing needs for a long or short period. The dwelling was clean and the place smelled so beautiful. I will not hesitate to re-experience Rami's residence 👍🏻

Nawaf's place is really nice! Communication was GREAT and Nawaf was easily accessible for my whole stay. His place is really spacious and the complex is nice as well with a gym! Recommended for a long stay!

I stayed at Noura’s place in Riyadh for a whole month, and it was an amazing experience. The apartment was beautiful, clean, and felt just like home. Noura was a fantastic host—always responsive and helpful whenever I needed anything. Pablo was also a great support, assisting me with absolutely everything during my stay. I loved the area and the building so much that I decided to rent a long-term apartment in the same building! It truly felt like home, and I highly recommend Noura’s place to anyone visiting Riyadh.

Rakans apartment is very nice, beautiful furnishings, great high ceiling, very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need to cook all meals. The apartment was very clean. Rakan was very responsive. I would definitely recommend this beautiful apartment. Thanks Rakans
