The apartment is excellent, close to all Riyadh events. The architecture is luxurious and the apartment is clean and fully equipped. The official Fahd was very cooperative; we helped a lot, and he was responsive and respectful. A great experience, I highly recommend it, and I will definitely repeat it!

He is the most professional and responsive host I’ve encountered always available whenever I needed assistance. I had an amazing stay! The place was spotless, stylish, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout my visit. Tareq was a fantastic host - very friendly and helpful. His first floor apartment has everything you need for short or long stay and is very comfortable.

It has been an absolute pleasure living here for 11 months. Abdullah and his family must be given praise for making my stay here so convenient and comfortable.
