This in 2023 build, luxury design appartment, is located on the ground floor of our mansion in a beautiful, quit street in Amsterdam IJburg. The whole appartment is separate from the house, so our guests will have full privacy. The accommodation has a private entrance with a free private parking under the carport and access to a cozy, green private outdoor terrace (also just acces for the guests). A comfortable kingsize bed and bathroom with separate toilet. Free WiFi, mini-bar, coffee and tea.

Only renting for families or adults above 35 years old. Our house is very well located, the shopping center with supermarkts, pharmacies, stores, organic shop and much more is 2 minutes walking distance and so is the stop for tram and bus. Diemen nature park is 5 min from house. The house is comfortable and spacious(205 m2), with plenty of natural light and spetacular views of canal . Large and comfortable apartment near Amsterdam City Centre, with your own private bathroom and toilet. Every morning we bring you a yummy breakfast. The fastest WIFI available in Amsterdam. Comfortable large twin bed (1.80x2.00). Coffee- and teamaker and minibar with cheap drinks (you can bring your own too). Quiet and safe neighbourhood. Hi, we are Cees and Cathalijne, and are happy to offer our upstairs. The apartment is in Centrumeiland, a new district in Amsterdam. Within walking distance are shops, supermarkets, terraces, restaurants and the beach! The apartment has a living room with pantry, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and 2 balconies. Directly behind the shared front door is the staircase up to the apartment: it is separate from the rest of the house. We live downstairs ourselves, so you have a lot of privacy.

We have a honestly unique house in Diemen, a new neighborhood close to public transport directly to Amsterdam. It's unique because the house is detached ans very well equiped. We have bikes, a trampoline and a huge amount of grass to play on. For a swim you can jump in the canal, just across the street. Naturally, we have tv, wifi, washer and dryer. There are two bedroomrooms for children and there is a masterbedroom. The bathroom contains a shower and a seperate bathtub.

Welcome to our lovely private studio. It is brand new! Normaly my working place but in weekends and holidays for you. It is situated in a quiet residential area, 3 minutes walk from a shoppingcentre and 5 minutes walk to the railwaystation which brings you in 11 minutes to Amsterdam central station. Right outside the door is a private parkingspace free of charge (in the centre of Amsterdam you pay 7 euro/ hour) Our rate includes tourist tax.
