The charming house is conveniently located in the historic part of the village, situated above the lake side road, offering breathtaking views. Due to its location, the apartment is only accessible via STAIRS, and is therefore not suitable for a wheelchair! It is a non-smoking house. Pets are not allowed. NOT SUITED for CHILDREN!

The apartment is on the 2nd floor, has a balcony and is accessible by elevator. You can enjoy the spa park, the spa, or visit the theater. The city of Bad Hall offers many options. Ideal if your partner has a spa stay, visit a wedding (registry office proximity), etc... You can park bicycles in the basement compartment accessible.

The discreet kitchen in the living room has everything you need for cooking. The spacious bedroom can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children.
