“Stayed here for two nights. This cottage looked exactly the same in the photo but just a bit smaller than I expected. Other than that it was so great Brian was so nice and responded my message with information. Location is good too, it is near Skyline so we enjoyed hiking and the scenary. Now there are several road constructions on cabot trail rd. so should be patient.”
The house is located 1 kilometre from DINGWALL beach, 3 miles from the Cabot trail ,located in the middle of CapeBreton highlands national park
“Chet's place is clean, cozy and comfortable, and has all the bits you need but are grateful to not have to pack, like coffee, tea, sugar, etc. Its located right in the middle of the Aspy Valley, and we found the central location great for day trips. Response to inquiries very quick. We would be happy to return.”
Luxury 4 bedroom waterfront home with stunning views of the ocean just off the famous Cabot trail. Perfect for larger groups, to explore Cape Breton Island and close to fine dining, beautiful beaches, golf courses, spas and hiking trails. Down the street from the Markland Resort and 30 mins drive to the famous Keltic Lodge and 1 hour from Cheticamp. A truly beautiful quiet getaway for your family to enjoy!
“What a great spot. The inlet is very shallow, and when the tide is out our kids took advantage running near the beach in the shallow water finding all kinds of things. The space is wonderfully designed and large enough for bigger groups - we were 8 people and didn't feel crammed at all. The porch is wonderful for dinner in the screened in area as the bugs can get bad in Nova Scotia. They have all the gear you need for basic meals, but I would bring a chef's knife in hindsight, but other than that you have what you need. Very remote, very quite and just what we were looking for.”
