Anyone who has lived in various German cities and studied in Munich and Bonn is happy about the opportunities they offer. That is why I am particularly fascinated by Berlin today, where part of my family lives and where I spend more time. As a convinced European, I know the countries of Europe and I appreciate their people, their diversity, their idiosyncrasies and their hospitality.

Entire Apartment

Our house is in a medium sized place called Türkheim. Since the house is located on the outskirts and it is only three min. to the A96, it is ideal for tourists and fitters. The sights such as the Allgäu mountains, Füssen, Schwangau and the royal castles can be reached within 50 minutes by car. The state capital of Munich and its highlights can also be reached within 45 minutes by car. After a busy day, the place also offers various restaurants and ice cream parlors.

The approx. 65 m² apartment is located in the basement in a newly built detached house on a hillside. It has its own entrance and is barrier-free. The apartment is equipped with a double bedroom and closet, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a living and dining area with fitted kitchen (with dishwasher) and sofa bed, as well as a guest toilet. The hillside location opens up a spacious terrace with a carport in the south, which invites you to relax and barbecue.

Through an extensive corridor you can reach all 3 bedrooms as well as the large kitchen/living room that can accommodate 6 people, from there you can reach a large south-facing balcony . In addition, there is a living room with a nice seating area from where you can reach the balcony to the east. The large bathroom has a bath, shower and a sink, the toilet is separate.

A wonderful, large luxury flat in a 500-year-old former farm - something very special. Good location, close to Memmingen airport, within an hour you can reach the Alps, Lake Constance, Munich, Legoland, Austria, Switzerland..... in the immediate vicinity is the Skylinepark (amusement park) and the thermal baths of Bad Wörishofen

In the heart of Memmingen is our apartment on a quiet street in the Gerberviertel. In less than three minutes on foot along the city stream, you are in the old town and can enjoy the variety of shops, restaurants and cafes there. The train station and bus station as well as taxis are a four-minute walk away.
