Welcome to our Duinhuisje in the dunes of Zoutelande, with the beach less than 100 meters away. Close to bigger places like Middelburg, Domburg and Veere. The modern new apartment is suitable for 2 adults and 1 child. Downstairs living room with open kitchen and toilet. Upstairs, 1 spacious bedroom with walk-in shower, toilet and a sleeping loft on the 2nd floor. Within 50 m walking distance of supermarket, bakery, restaurants and bike rental. On-site private parking. Terrace with lots of privacy.

"Dunes"

Relax wonderfully in your comfortable home. All of Walcheren by bike! Dishoek has several restaurants and beach pavilions where the food is also wonderful! You can park your car on your own property, possibly close to your accommodation. Bikes can be put in a locked building. You can charge your E-bikes there. There is also space for scooter or motorcycle. There are many places to sit! We may also have a gas BBQ ready for you! Our accommodation is not suitable for children!

Sunny beach apartment with 4 bicycles

A completely beautiful apartment! Fully equipped: 4 bicycles are included, as well as a well-equipped beach cabin (late April to mid-September) at the Kaapduin dune crossing. 2 bedrooms with box springs (140x200) and washbasins. Kitchen with combi oven, espresso machine, dishwasher and washing machine. Bathroom with toilet and rain shower. Balcony with a beautiful view of the dunes, with a table, chairs and a full-width awning. Our apartment is not suitable for small children.

Sleep at Zilt&Zo, beautiful new vacation home

From August 2020, we opened the doors of this new vacation home. The house is very centrally located on the outskirts of Koudekerke. The house is in a unique location with its own garden and terrace. It is modernly furnished and equipped with every comfort. The ground floor has a bathroom, luxury kitchen and cozy sitting area. The upper floor has 2 bedrooms, made beds, toilet and storage closet. The beach, Dishoek, Middelburg and Vlissingen are accessible by bicycle.

Tiny House/Studio by the Sea

Our Tiny House/Studio is specially designed to relax and unwind. The matte lacquered wood and the sober surroundings radiate calm. The space is modern and industrially decorated without too many distracting elements. From the windows, you can see the dunes and watch the sun set in the evening. Through the window on the other side of the room, the morning sun shines towards you. You sleep in this Tiny House/studio less than 500 meters from dunes, beach and sea.

This completely newly furnished apartment is located near the beach (10-minute walk), from the balcony you have a nice view of the dunes. The apartment is cozily decorated with a "beach look" and is suitable for 4 people (2 bedrooms). Balcony on the southwest and a private parking space. The kitchen has an oven-microwave, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. WiFi available. There is a playground to play. Towels and bedding are provided.
